A full sized washer and dryer are also available in the unit for your convenience. You'll received 2 unassigned, covered parking spaces (with a maximum clearance of 6'8.) Coral Seas #208 is situated in a prime location, offering easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. The building also has an elevator. You'll be close to mini golf, a supermarket and some of the best restaurants and bars in town including walking distance to Saltwater 75, Ropewalk and Dead Freddies to name a few.

**Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. you can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $149.99. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
