Bayfront condo on Okaloosa Island is the perfectretreat for small families or couples looking for a peaceful getaway. With a private entrance, this charming condo offers a cozy, inviting atmosphere, providing the perfect escape to enjoy the beach life and relaxation.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed (sleeps 2) and an attached full bathroom with a stand-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2) with its own full bathroom (stand-in shower). Step out to the full balcony off the living room, which overlooks the scenic beauty of the bay.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals, and for added convenience, we provide linens, towels, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your stay.

Security Verification Process: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Starter Amenities:
We provide guests with a thoughtful selection of starter amenities to make your stay more comfortable. These include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a bar of soap, Dawn dish soap, 10–12 dishwasher tabs, 10–12 laundry pods, a box of trash bags, and a small coffee setup with either 2–2.5 oz packs of ground coffee or 4 Keurig pods (depending on the property), along with 4–5 coffee creamers and sugar packets.

Rental Agreement:
A Signed Rental Agreement is Required on All reservations. It will be emailed separately to you. This must be electronically signed for your door code to be activated.

Travel Insurance:

Whether it's illness, weather disruptions, travel delays, or last-minute cancellations, travel insurance helps cover costs so you don't lose money—or peace of mind. Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.

Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio. 
Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
