Stayed Jun 19, 2025We were in OC for my niece’s beach volleyball tournament and this condo couldn’t have been more perfect. Walking distance to everything we needed! The marina was an added touch for my son who loves to fish. The property was clean and well maintained. And the property owner was amazing! Extremely accommodating.We will likely be back in the future!

Stayed May 16, 2025We went down for the music festival and this was the perfect location! It was close enough to walk to the event, but far enough away that it wasnt too loud. Great view from the balcony and the condo is perfect!!! Well definitely be back!

Stayed Aug 10, 2023This condo was in the perfect spot - right on the bay so the views were fantastic but also a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk (yet far enough away that you don't have to deal with any of the noise or crowds)! If you have kids, there are also two ice cream spots very close to the condo which was a huge plus! It was in a quieter area which was really nice and you got entertainment from the Harbor Inn bar that was across the street at night time! The house was well kept and the furniture was also nice and comfortable. The pool was a great addition to the condo but I would advise getting there earlier in the day as it was quite busy when we went. The house overall was clean - the only small issue we had was that the floors seemed like they could have cleaned a bit better but overall, everything else was spotless. I would definitely recommend this condo!
