3 Bedroom DIRECT BAYFRONT Condo in midtown Ocean City with stunning new, luxury bathrooms and an outdoor pool! Great building on 56th St. just across the street (1.5 blocks and a 3–4-minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! You'll love this condo, it's direct bayfront view from the main living areas, expansive balcony and the master bedroom! Oh, and of course the best sunsets in Ocean City! This 3-bedroom, 2 full baths, 3rd floor condo has 9 ft. ceilings, a full-sized washer/dryer, high speed Wi-Fi and TVs with cable in all bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and large bath with a bathroom that is simply amazing. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The building has an elevator and there are two assigned parking spots, one covered and one uncovered. The covered spot has a clearance of 6'6. Condo is a short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town: Seacrets, Fagers Island, Mackys, Alley Oops, Tequila Frogs and 45th St. Taphouse to name a few.

*The property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $149.99. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

    Great stay overall! The place was very nice and the bathrooms were a highlight. Love the location as it is close to many of the main places in OC. I would definitely stay here again.
