There are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is a short walk to the ocean. The master suite is located away from the other bedrooms and includes a walk-in shower, his and hers vanities, and a jacuzzi tub. The 2 guest bedrooms, located onthe other side of the condo, share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom and there is a pull-out sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and everything you need for making meals. We have an open layout where guests can be in the kitchen while also having conversations with other guests sitting at the table, at the breakfast bar or even on the comfy couches- while everyone enjoys the views of the bay. We also offer important amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment such as central A/C, high-speed internet access, flat-screen TV’s, 2 permitted parking spaces in the first level garage, washer/dryer & light dimmers to set the perfect mood.

There are so many fun activities to take advantage of! Enjoy a cocktail and the views from the balcony, take a swim in the beautiful rooftop pool, explore the private Bay Beach and Bay front dock, rent fun water-toys at the 48th Street Watersports next door or walk to the beach for a day of sun & surf!
