Spend your days on the beach, then come home to streamyour favorite movies and shows on the TV. Prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, then serve your dinner guests at the dining table. Take advantage of the free WiFi to download an excellent playlist to your device for a trip to the community fitness room, followed by a cool-down swim in the shared pool. The central air-conditioning will ensure everything stays nice and cool on those hot summer days, and you'll find a private washer/dryer in the kitchen, so everyone can look their best during your stay. This oceanfront complex features a private path on the lower level that leads directly to the beach. THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM WiFi is provided throughout the building for a fee. A $50.00 non-refundable cash building registration fee is due upon check-in. There is also a $10.00 key fob deposit for the fitness center. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
