Bay Princess -Direct Bay Front Condo with 2 Bedrooms, Outdoor Pool, and 2 Parking Spaces!

Very nice property. Was impressed. Rugs in condo could use deep clean. Patio furniture was partly damaged. Overall was a very nice place and the only real issue I had with the condo was no locks on the bedroom and bathroom doors.

Very nice clean condo. A little too far from the boardwalk which is why we were there. Most businesses in the area were closed for season which was a bummer but understandable.

The condo and bay view were gorgeous! Our only complaint would be the restaurant next door can be noisy. We enjoyed our stay and would boom again!

We had a fantastic stay at Bay Princes! Check in was very easy and we were given a complimentary bag with toilet paper, paper towel and other toiletries. The condo was very clean and equipped with a Keurig and toaster. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

This rental property was great. The location is perfect, not too far from anything. Great places to eat within a short walking distance. The pool is nice and heated, but can get crowded between the visitors and permanent residents. Management was very alert and attentive. Unit was very clean! I recommend getting the linen package and bring your own comforters. The only downfall is the unit WiFi is not very strong. 4 cell phones, laptop, and TV going made internet slow. I would definitely revisit!

I booked this place for a girls weekend for my daughter's 18th birthday. It was perfect. The location is close to the beach and in walking distance to dinner great places to eat and shop. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint I would have would be people yelling in the hallway on their way back to their room late at night. We did not use the pool so I have no review for that. I would absolutely rent again. ?

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is a little dated but clean and plenty of room and nice location only two blocks from beach. The pool is very nicely kept but as others have noted the unit owners who live in the area can be very fussy about pool behavior it acts more like an adults only pool. If you don’t live there know that you will be talked about. Tip- do not bring over active loud kids to the pool and if you do they will need to be on their best behavior. Also do not bring more people than you have pool passes. We had five passes . The sleeper sofa in the living room is not comfortable to sit on. If you like a lot of pillows on your bed- bring some. Know that you will need to bring everything- plastic wrap, garbage bags, baggies, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. Also note that if you do not get the linens package you need to bring all your towels and sheets. They do have quilts on the beds though. Overall good place to stay for a family!

The place was prefect for the week

Stayed at 404 Princess Bay on a girls trip. Spacious condo with an EXCELLENT view! 2 min walk to Ropewalk restaurant which we went to every day! Swam in the pool, however had some trouble with the HOA attendant because we were only given 3 pool tags for 6 visitors. Contacted the property office and they got it sorted out after we had to leave the pool. Overall wonderful stay and would recommend!
