Stayed Jul 27, 2025Great spot and close to everything in DT Gatlinburg. The unit was clean and up to date. The kitchen was a galley style so if you are going to cook, might want another option. The bed rooms bathrooms and common area where great. We would stay here again. Clean, great location walking distance to everything and comfortable.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024This location could not have been better. Right up from the main strip and walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. Short drives into the park to all the hiking trails nearby. We even had a bear encounter as it meandered down the road.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Upon check-in the unit was ready. We left our handbags and car keys on the table to walk downtown. Upon returning at 6:30pm other people were in the unit! They booked the unit for the same night through a different website than us. Our handbags and keys had been handed over to police. I contacted the owner. She explained there was a glitch, and the unit was double booked. She found another unit a few buildings away for us. Upon arrival to the new unit the elevator was broken and it was located on the 5th floor. The remotes were scattered on the floor and 1 of the beds was disturbed. I called the owner to let her know our findings. Someone had been in the unit but wasn’t able to stay since they had elderly family members and left due to the broken elevator. I requested for the bathrooms to be cleaned, the bed linens changed, linens for the pull-out bed which were missing, and for the code on the door to the changed. Housekeeping items were taken care of, but maintenance was unable to change the code. It is obvious that door codes are not being changed between guests and this is a huge security concern. I was in touch with the owner multiple times. She refunded half of my money and gave me the run around on the other half and said VRBO needed to refund it which wasn’t true. I have waited to post my review in hopes that the owner would finish making their right, but she hasn’t. I disputed the fees that had not been returned to me with my credit card.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023We really enjoyed the opportunity to stay in this condo. The beds and furniture were comfortable and it was perfect for our girls weekend! It's location was very convenient for getting around Gatlinburg, and there's a trolley stop at the property if you don't want to walk or drive and pay for parking at places on or near the trolley route(s).
