Stayed Jun 25, 2025We had a great time at this rental property with our extended family which consisted of a 1, two 4 year olds, 9, 11, 6 adults. The unit is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The fridge did take a while to cook off once we loaded it with groceries. The unit has a charcoal grill outside which the listing did not mention and we used it one night. The back deck is facing the woods and heavily wooded so there’s no view. There were a few units in the building that had a few cars in the shared parking lot but we really never saw or heard anyone, very quiet. The location is great for North Conway shopping, Echo State Park, Diana’s Baths, Santa’s Village (the drive is beautiful!) and of course Storyland and the aquarium. Our ONE major complaint is no A/C - we came during a heatwave and it was roughly 90 degrees in the unit when we arrived. We opened the windows and used all the fans and got it down to 82 degrees by 11:00pm. They really need to invest in a portable window unit or a heat pump. The loft was super hot - I was glad that the loft stairs are in the hallway and not in a bedroom so it alllows for more privacy and there is a wooden door on the loft that closes so you can’t hear people in the living room as bad. Two bathrooms was great, both in good shape. Very hard to shower in both at the same time as the water temp was drastically affected but a lot of good hot water overall. The check-in desk young guy was rude but the pool was nice (very cold).

Stayed May 17, 2024My daughter and her teenage girlfriends stayed the weekend at this property. The girls all slept in the loft while i slept downstairs, giving each other much privacy. Only 15 minutes away from North Conway, which made it easy for shopping and eating out

Stayed Feb 8, 2024Perfect location for my wife and four kids (11, 14, 15, 17) to stay for an extra long ski weekend. Clean, pictures were accurate of layout/rooms/furniture. Clubhouse/Community center was great for kids after a day of skiing to hang out. Overall great experience. Thanks
