Welcome to Barefeet Retreat @ Long Beach Resort, imagine beginning your long-awaited, well-deserved vacation by walking into this beautiful unit at Long Beach! You may never want to leave! Enjoy this spacious condominium with its floor to ceiling gulf views from every room or step out onto your huge private balcony to watch the dolphins play along 1300 feet of sugar white beach!

This Condominium is upscale living at its best, with a king-size bed in the master, two queen-size beds inthe second bedroom, and another king bed and twin bed in the third suite. All bedrooms have premium mattresses. There are TVs in all bedrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals in the unit, and the dining room has plenty of seating with three additional chairs at the breakfast bar! All bedrooms have a full private bath, with double vanity sinks. The deck has a full-size table with seating for enjoying those sunrise and sunsets from your balcony.

Long Beach is ideally located near all the great restaurants, amusement parks and shopping (Walmart is across the street!). There is a huge lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with islands and waterfalls, two Polynesian pools (one is seasonally heated), whirlpool spas, poolside bar and grill (seasonal), onsite jet ski/umbrella chair rental, and 24-hour security with gated access and plenty of parking.

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this condo & resort. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for their stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.

This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age. Absolutely no exceptions.

No more than 3 vehicles are allowed for this condo. No exceptions. 3 parking passes are included in the booking total.
9 wristbands are supplied for guests and left inside the unit. Any that are damaged or missing during inspection guests will be charged to replace them.

No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.

Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.

Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. If we are notified by security of guests be disturbing to others, you could be evicted with no refund.

No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This includes visitors as well. This unit sleeps 9 people max per the fire marshal. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out.

Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.

This condo is not pet friendly. If we are notified that you have a pet in the condo you will be evicted immediately with no refund. If any evidence of a pet is found during inspection after your checkout you will be charged a $500.00 violation fee.

Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.

Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night.
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.

We respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply.

Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.

Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit. Please be respectful to the guest checking in behind you & please make sure you & your party are checked out on time. As our cleaners are on very tight schedules.

The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.

There is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days.
If a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price.
Rates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage & 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage. If you have any questions regarding this charge please inquire first before booking.

    Good except no hot water in kitchen, ice maker did not work, bedroom with the 2 queen size beds was extremely hot, had to have 2 floor fans..other than that it was great!

    Despite the lagoon pool not being fully opened to swim in, the overall property was perfect for our family getaway. Access to the beach was perfect for my 80-year-old MIL and the location was super convenient. Will keep this one in the favorites for future stays.

    Beware. The Nest AC cuts off randomly. Front 2 rooms are constantly hot. Unit is old and outdated. Didn’t feel comfortable or clean. We left a day early due to cleanliness and uncomfortable accommodations. To each his own this unit far below other places we have stayed in PCB and Long Beach Resort. Our enjoyment wasn’t what it could have been.

    Very large 3 bedroom and view of beach. Good parking and swimming pools. On location bar and grill at the pool was a real surprise. Walking distance to every thing to make the most of the vacation.

    Condo was very clean and in a great location. The laundry room had extras for the beach that were very nice including a tent, wagon, kids floats, toys, chairs and umbrella. The view from the balcony was amazing. The king bed's mattresses could be replaced, but overall was ok. I would definitely stay here again.
