Stayed Jul 27, 2024Property was exactly as advertised. Elevator was out of service but that was a minor inconvenience. The unit was adequately furnished and everything worked. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024Good things: Beautiful view. Not crowded. Pool directly below unit to watch kids from room balcony. Excellent layout of living space. New beach chairs, wagon, umbrella. Washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen stocked with necessary tools. Property managers go above and beyond. Bad things: southern Florida experienced unusual rainfall so driveway and pool deck flooded. Managers were extremely helpful with bringing stepping blocks to keep us out of the water and checking on us. They had a backup property ready if we needed to move. Even with the flooding I loved this place and the service the managers provided. Would stay here again.

It is very spacious and in excellent condition. I have stayed in a lot of places in Sanibel and this was one of the best.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is large, was clean, and had comfortable beds. The tvs were great except the cable was unreliable. The complex was under construction, so noisy, but we knew that going in. The furniture is very old, dated and not comfortable with the exception of a recliner. The decor was very drab and unappealing. I think for the money the owners could put in a little more effort and make the interior more attractive. I would not rent this unit again.
