The villa houses the apartment described above, an annex for two people and another apartment for private use of the owners.

Its strategic position allows you to stay in total relaxation while easily reaching the most characteristic places of what has now become one of the most fascinating and visited Val di Noto.
From Ragusa Ibla (shooting location of the film The Commissioner Montalbano), in Marina di Ragusa and surrounding areas (Punta Secca- Casa di Montalbano), at the Castle of Donnafugata where the film Il Gattopardo was shot.

The house has two double bedrooms, a double bedroom convertible into double (3 rooms for a total of 6 beds), a large
kitchen and a comfortable bathroom, all furnished in Sicilian style.
