From the 15th floor of this magnificent Destin condominium the views are simply stunning. Upon exiting the elevator you’ll immediately be awed by all of Destin and Choctawhatchee Bay stretched out before you to the north. However the southern scenery from the private balcony is even better! Miles of aquamarine water glisten in the sunlight and dolphins and pelicans are oh so entertaining.

While the Gulfof Mexico is your playground when you stay at Hidden Dunes, a soothing interior only adds to the external beauty. Classic beach pastels and sea life décor create an air of comfort and tranquility. A fully stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer, all the conveniences of home. The amenities available to guests of Gulfside at Hidden Dunes are truly amazing. You’ll find right on property a lighted basketball court, six championship clay tennis courts, an open air tram system, a community swimming pool with Jacuzzi, walking trails with gazebos, a playground for children, a lake with a fountain and more deeded beach per unit than any other Destin resort! Moreover the location is truly one to be coveted with the Silver Sands Factory Stores and all its delicious restaurants within a mile.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

    We absolutely loved it here. If ever we need a quick small getaway, we will be back. The condo was squeaky clean and the view from the balcony and master was heaven to wake up to. This was our first vacation as a family with my 6 month old, so it was very important to us to be right on the beach, and the beach service was incredible as they strived to meet every request. The only downside to the condo was the lack of parking and the elevator issues. The second elevator stopped working during our stay so everyone was trying to cramp into the other one. With COVID being prominent right now, we really disliked that. It also meant having to wait a long time for the working elevator to reach us on the 15th floor, which with a heavy 6 month old was tedious. The parking was very slim as well which caused us to have to fight for the spots we got every time we had to leave and come back. Over all 5 out of 5 stars and we will definitely be back again! Thanks Newman Daily for a very memorable first family vacation!

    This was our first time renting from Newman-Dailey and our first time staying at Hidden Dunes resort. We found the resort to be very nice, the beaches beautiful, and beach attendants were great. Unfortunately this was not the case with condo unit 1503. As we arrived at our condo we noticed a large area of tile outside of our unit had been ripped up and left unfinished which not only was unsightly, but a tripping hazard as well for people walking by. Upon entering our unit we did not have a favorable impression, there was a strong musty and mildew smell in the unit and we noticed a hole in the foyer area where the doorknob had knocked a hole in the wall and not been repaired. Upon entering the kitchen we found countertops that were scratched, chipped and sagging. The cabinet doors under the sink were sagging as well. The grooved handles to open cabinet doors and drawers felt nasty to the touch and if you ran your fingers across the louvered doors to laundry room your fingers were covered with dust. The mas

    The kitchen is nicely updated. No complaints there:) it is by far the best feature in the condo besides the view. Bathroom is outdated. Tile grout is filthy- on floor and in the shower. There is mildew on the shower curtain. Urine stained sticker on the bottom front of the toilet- why someone hasn’t removed it is beyond me- it looks gross. Toilet seat is stained as well. Missing tile toe kick under master bathroom sink. Bathroom cabinets are warped and very outdated. The dining room table was not sturdy. I’m talking very wobbly. The bolts were completely loose. I tightened with my fingers as well as I could to were it doesn’t wobble, but need tools to tighten completely. Light bulb out in lamp in master bedroom upon arrival. Patio door lock broken upon arrival-I called the office and they fixed this right away. This was a must as we have a toddler that can slide it open. The small closet next to the master bathroom is missing the door? And there is no duvet in the duvet cover on the master bed?

    This was our first time staying at Hidden Dunes. We enjoyed the beautiful beach, our view, and the beach attendants gave top notch service. However, Our impression of unit 1503 was a disappointment. The condo is in need of upgrades to the outdated furniture, kitchen cabinets, and an unlockable sliding glass door leading to the patio. The master bedroom had very poor circulation, seemed hotter than the rest of the unit, could use a ceiling fan. The master mattress was very uncomfortable, had a loud plastic mattress cover on it as well. The cleanliness of this unit was not as expected as it is an older unit. We will probably not rent from unit 1503 again unless some renovations/upgrades are done.

    Perfect location with convienent access to the private beach. The condo is well equiped and has beatiful view of the beach. Overall, very nice stay and we will definitely come back many times more.
