The elevators are not available for use- Due to the building of the new bridge, there is ongoing construction in the complex, as well as in North Beach and Corpus Christi. You may hear noise from the construction projects- Guests must pay a mandatory $20 fee on-site directly to the resort. This grants access to 2 access cards and parking for 2 vehicles in the community lot. Additional parking can be purchased for $10 per vehicle, with a maximum of 4 vehicles- Please note that a fishing license is required for area fishing; you can obtain one online, at area Academy stores, or via the 'Texas Hunt & Fish' mobile app
