Location is superb and the hosts provided great communication. Close enough to the action to be there in less than five minutes. Also very convenient and central for using Rideshare (Uber/Lyft).

What an amazing experience! We reserved both suites for our group of four. The hosts were responsive and answered my questions quickly as we got close to arrival and also sent a text to check in with us on the day we arrived to make sure we were ok, which was really sweet. They provided helpful tips and guidance regarding check-in. Everything went exactly as they stated. Check-in was a breeze. The suites were fresh and clean. The accommodations were EXACTLY as pictured, including the stunning views! We enjoyed every minute we could on that balcony (day and night). The strip was a short Uber ride away (the strip is actually a walkable distance but we were living our best lives and not trying to walk!). We would often just walk out the front lobby when we wanted to go places and the door men would call a cab for us - the staff were exceptional by the way, so helpful, accommodating, and friendly! The (attached) MGM Grand offers several good options for shopping, gambling, shows, literally anything you might want to do in Vegas and there is easy indoor access from the MGM Signature where the suites are. That was a pleasant surprise as we didn’t know about that perk until the staff showed us! If I could give these accommodations 10 stars, I would! We will definitely be staying here anytime we come to Vegas and I’ll be spreading the word to anyone I know!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!

Had a great stay. Condo was clean, big, quiet and its location was ideal for access to the strip. For my group of four adults it was an ideal set up. Having the whole suite made it feel like an apartment rather than a typical hotel room. Separate living areas was awesome. Having an actual kitchen with a full-size fridge was super convenient. The pool was quiet and spacious though only one of the pools was available during our stay (at building two). You can always access the MGM hotel pool which is huge but much busier. Overall, we had a great stay.

We were very happy with our stay. What was most comforting was the communication with the owners, before, during and after the stay. I would say it was the best communication we have experienced among our different VRBO experiences. We used the pool and the small shop on the ground floor, and also the lazy river at MGM. And with the proximity of MGM we had a few meals there. Close to a monorail stop and a Uber pickup/dropoff location as well. Rode the monorail a couple of times just for some close up views of the sphere, got much closer than we expected.Overall a great experience!

Every aspect about this property was great. The owner provided regular and detailed updates about the check in/out, house manual, or any aspect of the rental. We had travel delays and checked in very late and had no issues. The connecting rooms were perfect to give two teenagers plenty of space while giving mom and dad privacy. The location is convenient but a short walk to MGM food/casino or to the strip. Uber/Lyft comes straight to the towers which is also nice. I highly recommend giving this property a look.

Stunning condo in the *middle* of Vegas! The property was *exactly* as advertised and very clean! The property managers were very responsive and polite. We loved having access to all the resort amenities. We will *definitely* book this property again!

A group of childhood friends got together to unwind and have fun in Vegas and our stay at this residence was one of the highlights. Everything was easy- from booking to checking in. The place had ample space for 5 of us and we couldn't be happier with our choice. It was super easy to access the Strip too!Highly recommend.

Great spot for a family to stay and feel all together. We found the location walkable and enjoyed the view from the room.
