We had the most relaxing weekend at this beach condo! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-equipped everything was. The view of the ocean from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the sound of waves was just what we needed. The condo was beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe, making it feel like a true escape. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were super comfortable. It’s just steps away from the beach, and we spent time soaking up the sun and walking the shoreline. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun weekend by the water, this place is perfect. We will definitely be back for trip 3

Overall we had a great time, at night we were miserable. The AC wasn’t able to cool the condo down. Every night we were there, it was 76 degrees. When we would wake up it would still be between 72-74. We had to close all of the blinds and wasn’t able to see the beautiful view of the sound due to trying to block out the heat. Called and reported the issue twice and nothing was done. Also, the master bath shower curtain had mold all over the bottom of it and smelled terrible. We put towels down to catch the water and did not use the shower curtain. Our trip was great due to the location and the people there and nothing to do with the actual condo. I’ve called the property manager since checking out, explained everything. I have not heard back, even though I was told she would call back on Tuesday. I’m sure this condo would be perfect, just not during the summer.

This was a wonderful property. The manager was quick and efficient in all communication and there was no difficulty at check in. Both balconies had pretty views. We were a group of two adults and two children. Everyone had ample room. Other guests and residents were friendly and respectful while we were there. It was so nice to stay at a community where quiet hours are actually quiet!

The first night was hard to sleep. The neighbor above us was literally digging their heals into the floor of this condo...we could hear every step they took. Then the fire alarm went off not once, not twice, but 3 times at 4:00 am in the morning. Then Christmas Day other guest had arrived to point out dried blood stains all over the guest bathroom. Also what looked like dried blood in the bathtub as well..Then back to the noise...All day the neighbors above us digging.their heals and I guess running a complete marathon throughout the entire day...The staff reached out to ask us if everthing was ok..prior to seeing all the blood... I informed them of the noise... they said they would send hoa to advise them..Then we see people while we are there questioning our stay as though we are not suppose to be there. Hey haven't seen u around here before...(you think)..So back to the noise. It continued and continued until the last very moment we packed our things and left.

There were construction workers inches away from my back patio door, no exaggeration, which was glass. Be sure to read the fine print and know that if it says there is construction going on, you may have some strange men peering thru your sliding glass door at you throughout your stay. I did not feel safe there. Nuf said
