Balcony & Pool Access: Quiet West Chandler Condo

Sent us incorrect info about check in code. Spent significant time getting alternate code to use. Final bill had a number previously undisclosed fees, taxes, and other charges included. Felt gouged at end.

Our week-long stay was very enjoyable. The location was excellent with plenty of activities and businesses nearby. The hot tub was used frequently - too cold for the pool. The only negative was a noisy downstairs neighbor who played loud music each night around bedtime. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The unit was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked it was with dish/dishwasher soap, quality paper towels (thick and absorbent), body wash, shampoo, conditioner, Kleenex, and toilet paper for the week we were there. So many other VRBO's give you enough for maybe 2-3 days. There were also plenty of dish towels, wash clothes, bath and beach towels. There even were some starter coffee pods for the Keurig (there was also a drip coffee maker there). The kitchen was well appointed with the exception of wine glasses. There was only one of those. As mentioned by others (and expected from those reviews), the living room sofa was not very comfortable - very soft and the pillow back not supportive at all. Seating in the living room is limited, too. We had to pull in a dining room chair for the 4 of us to visit. Opinions of the two couples staying there differed as to the comfort of the beds. Beds were firm but the foam tended to stay compressed when you slept in one place for a while. It was hard to turn over out of the compressed area, but my husband and I did not have any back or hip issues from the bed. The foam did rebound by the next night so divots were not permanent. It was chilly when we were there and the condo temperature was hard to control. It did warm up above the set temperature during the day (heat rises and it's a second floor unit) but for some reason got very chilly at night and dropped below the set temperature. Bed covers/blankets were a bit too thin for when it got chilly. I'm sure the bedding is perfect for the majority of the time when it's warm/hot. Pool area looked clean but it was too cold for us to use it. The porch was nice. Because of its location I'm guessing it stays in the shade most of the time - good for summertime. Overall we were very satisfied.

I recommend this place for any family looking for a relaxing place to stay in AZ. Chandler is only 25min away from Phoenix. Lots of fun activities.

The apartment was clean and well thought out. Lots of room especially in the master bedroom. I loved the stove hood because it was correct - vented OUTSIDE. Newer appointments in all of the rooms including the kitchen and bathrooms. Tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable and including the pull out in the living room probably more comfortable for 6 people max. Good location if you're going to be in Chandler & Gilbert. Quiet neighboorhood. Security with the electronic doorlatch was great. Probably not for the elderly as it's on the 2nd floor and there's a long staircase leading to the apartment. The property manager Dave was prompt in his responses when contacted. Summary: I'd give it 4.8 out of 5. A couple minor issues came up during the stay but Dave was quick to address. If you wanted to improve the property I would say concentrate on adding more media - larger screen in the living room maybe more in the bedrooms - and more seating. All in all a great, restful stay which accentuated a wonderful time with family. :)

Property is as advertised. Kitchen is decently appointed with necessary items. Kitchen table is a nice size, includes a countertop bar. Couch is 2.5 out of 5, only one other chair in living area. Cable TV is poor, however, wifi streaming capabilities are very good (used computer and tv together to watch cable TV from home). Master bedroom bed is firm (quite good!). Walk-in closet in master is good. No other furniture in master (small bedside tables). Small den useful for work, nice desk chair. It is located very close to the 202 and 10 freeways (no noise). It is a 1km walk to the nearest intersection with businesses/restaurants (eg. Walgreens and McDonalds). It is a 7km round trip walk to the Fry's using short cut through park (closest grocery store). Most people will definitely need/want a car to get around. Property is clean. Pool and pool area is clean. Hot tub was cold. No BBQ available.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Chandler. Check in was easy and there was good and responsive communication with Justin regarding the check in and check out procedure. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and there was easy access to all the stores, restaurants, and golf courses. The condo itself was clean and had most of the items we needed to cook our own meals. The beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. For the price point it was and excellent place to stay.
