Wake up in the morning to a spectacular vista of the panoramic mountain views from your private balcony (perfectly positioned for both sunrises and sunsets). This cozy one-bedroom condo is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet rest between epic hikes and long drives.

Located only 3 minutes drive from downtown Canmore (or a 20-minute walk along the river park trail), our condo is located close to convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping. Our condo is also conveniently located near thehighway access off of Bow Valley Trail, for quick and easy access for your outdoor adventures!

The Space:

This is a one-bedroom condo apartment, perfect for one or two guests. Enjoy a nice glass of wine with a stunning view of the Canmore mountains or veg-out after a long day of exploration!

Designed for comfortable, independent self-catered stays, the suite offers the privacy and convenience of your own mountain getaway.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, electric stove, sink and microwave, as well as cookware, utensils, and dishware for all your at-home cooking needs.

The bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, top-down/down-up cellular blinds for added privacy, as well as a smart-TV to unwind after a day out exploring (Netflix provided, please note that there is no cable TV).

Step out onto your spacious private balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air, and stunning mountain views! The balcony is outfitted with a table and chairs and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or a glass of wine and dinner al fresco after your mountain adventures!

Please note that this unit is on the second floor, in a multi-dwelling complex with other units beside and above. While we have done what we can to soundproof the space, impact noises from other units (footsteps, vibrations, etc) could be heard during your stay.

The Building:

Our condo building is located off of Bow Valley Trail in Canmore with quick and easy access to the highway for all your outdoor adventures! There is a dedicated parking lot for our condo building for your convenience. Please note that our condo unit faces toward Bow Valley Trail (a primary road in Canmore), so you may hear some traffic noise when sitting on the balcony.

Guest access

The suite is self-contained, and you will have exclusive access within the suite. You will also have access to the parking lot (rush, unassigned parking spots).

A shared, coin-operated laundry room is available on site.

    Great location and cleanliness. Owners were very communicative and it was great to have lots of kitchen equipment around to use like a kettle and coffee aeropress, pots/pans etc.

    Unit was clean and well stocked with essentials. Could use comfortable chairs for lounging. No air conditioning. Someone came to clean the parking lot with a leaf blower and blew sand and pebbles on all of the cars.

    It would be nice to have a love seat instead of sitting chairs in the kitchen withca tv there. The bed is very thin and soft.

    We will definitely be back! And we can't wait to return to this wonderful condo. We loved the simplicity, the comfort, and the balcony! Everything worked great for us and we were so thankful we didn't book a place in the downtown area. We especially loved the easy access to so many trails in the area and hiked almost daily. We found great friends in the hosts who did everything to help us and give us excellent advice on things to do and how to access them. You won't find better hosts. This was our first trip since the Covid outbreak and we were not disappointed--everything was perfect.

    Perfectly sized for us, 2 people, nice touches all around. Luckily the poplar by that corner is keeping it cooler in the shade over the day so it's nice when you come back in the afternoon. However, I had to oil the bathroom door hinges and tighten some lock screws as they were making too much noise. There is no barbeque if you need one. Cutlery, utensils, spices, oil, and other regular kitchen aparatus is all available. No shot glasses. Fridge is making a lot if noise all the time overnight so better keep the bedroom door closed. Also there are lots of trains passing by all the time, luckily the patio door is a really good sound insulator. All that said, it's a great catch and we felt excellent.

    Location was great ! Unit was cute and cozy and clean with great views, and loved the fact it has a full kitchen with all amenities .For the most part it was quiet and peaceful which we liked .The hosts are very pleasent and communicate very well .I feel the bed ( mattress pillows ) could be more comfortable ....i feel that is the only thing that could be improved and the reason for the 4 star instead if 5 star raiting but it was doable .My husband and i would return again possibly in the future especially if the bed is more comfortable cause its a great little suite that is away from the hustle and bustle which we like and its really easy and convienient to get too .Thank you again for having us We did enjoy our time

    We had the best time staying in Canmore! This lodging was so nice and perfect for two people. It was extremely accessible to town, about a 10 to 15 minute walk. We ended up walking just about everywhere. It is also a very quick drive into Banff.The hosts are extremely friendly and respond very quickly. I highly recommend this spot and we definitely plan on coming back to Canmore and staying in the specific lodging in the future.

    Check in was easy and owners are very helpful. Door is a bit fussy sometimes with your code. Wi-Fi is good, only tv to watch is Netflix, unless you sign into your accounts.It is located kinda at the end, so plan on walking lots. There isn’t too much right around location. There is also construction going on and is very busy and loud. From early mornings to later evenings.

    Lovely little condo. Was perfect for our needs, very clean easily accessible, well located outside traffic areas and near both Banff and Kananaskis, but we were also amazed by Canmore itself with its beautiful trails and sights all around town. Plenty pf walkable locations.
