Stayed Aug 9, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Views and location are amazing, but disappointed, at this price point, the condo was not well stocked with coffee garbage bags etc. The keruig did not work either. Grounds and complex are nice with underground parking.

Reviewer Comments: Family loved all the activities available especially since we had boats.Another real plus was the convenience to walk into town for coffee, restaurants, shops, etc.We had one townhouse and two condos.

We were there for the 4th of July week, and Sandpoint was such a great place to celebrate. The condo is in a great location. Quick walk to town, heated pool, and a private beach. We thought it would be crowded given the week but it never felt that way. The condo was very nice, and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again!!

The location is beautiful, you can easily walk to downtown Sandpoint. The gym and the pool are great. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022Really enjoyed this condo and location. Clean and comfortable. With a nice sized balcony that we took advantage of. Right at the edge of the lake and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Loved having a designated parking spot. The spot assigned is right next to a pole but we were able to carefully back into it with a large pickup. The garage clearance is 7’ so no problem for large vehicles. I very much appreciated the normal bedding with a sheet, blanket and fully encased duvet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seasons at Sandpoint is always a nice retreat. Wonderful views and peaceful surroundings. This particular unit needs a bit of TLC. While we understand that vacation rentals are a bit difficult to keep up, but the basics such as clean carpet, rugs and floors, working TV’s and internet access should be the standard. We’ll come back but perhaps a different unit?

Stayed Jul 7, 2021This condo is absolutely beautiful, very clean and spacious. We did stay for several days and the coffee maker was broken on arrival, they never fixed it or brought a new one. They did say they would. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely come back. The staff at the main building were so accommodating and friendly!
