Stayed Apr 23, 2022We were very happy with our experience with Compass Rentals. Even at the last minute when they had to change our condo unit, they notified us and switched us to a comparable unit. We were very happy with the experience.

Stayed Mar 2, 2022The property is beautiful, well taken care of. Would stay at this property but a different condo. The condo is in need of help. Furniture and bedding are old, dirty and not comfortable. MB shower is in poor shape. A note taped inside shower. Walls, Baseboards, doors are in need of paint, the condo was cleaned for our arrival but it felt dirty because of how these things looked. The management Co were very nice, we worked with Charlene she’s a asset to them.

Stayed Apr 2, 2022Furniture was worn out and uncomfortable. Whole place except kitchen could be updated. Location and pool area were great.

Stayed Jan 21, 2022We used to own in Isla and I would be embarrassed to have people in my unit looking the was this one did...paint was peeling in the front door jamb...baseboards in both bedrooms off the wall..furniture looking dirty and so did carpets...even the dishes and silverware needs to be replaced...I tried to cut some butter and my knife bent...this was very disappointing to us..owner needs to be made aware of his unit...
