Bahia Vista 8-314 | Balcony with Water Views, Resort Pool + Hot Tub

Place was never cleaned when we arrived, couldn’t get a parking for guests, also door code was changed after we had to wait to have the place cleaned so more phone calls. They said would pick up dinner for us I send the receipt we never received anything.

The complex is amazing as I was an owner in Bahia Vista. I was disappointed in the quality of and limited number of bath towels. Being there is a pool right there luckily I traveled with pool towels as there were none. Our expensive crab cake's we purchased were ruined with the disgusting frying pans with no teflon left in them. We had to throw out our crab cakes and the next day purchase a new fry pan for the rest of our vacation. There was 1 dish towel so luckily I was able to wash it. My feet were literally black walking on the floors in the condo. No one washed those floors. The toaster was cheap along with the cheap coffee maker. The handle on the toaster was missing. I was disappointed and I truly hope the owner is made aware of what is going on in their condo. I would never rent it again or recommend with the price I paid for 11 nights. I have pictures that I can send if anyone is interested.

We had a wonderful time in Isla del Sol as always. Unit was OK - nothing more, nothing less, some parts of interior worn out (doors). Pool and beach excellent though the spa was closed for the good part of our stay. Communication with agency was poor as they flatlined on our inquiry about the gym. On line listing must be updated as to the toll on the Pinellas Bayway as it does not take quarters anymore but a Sunpass is needed. Caused us some trouble and money but we will remember next time. Listing must also be updated as to the gym as that is not a shared property as listed and there is no access to a gym of any sort. Overall we had a nice time. Thanx.

We spent two wonderful weeks at this place and we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the place, the amenities and the comfort of the place. The location is magnificent and very safe. The balcony offers a direct view of the bay and the swimming pool. We hope to be able to return there one day.

This was a beautiful place to stay. We had to contact the property manager to get into our place, as the access code we were originally given did not work. Also, we had some issues with getting a parking pass.

Unit we requested was unavailable due to plumbing issues. Offered refund but had already gotten airline tickets. No other water view was available. Ended up with unit facing golf course. WE DON’T GOLF.! Very disappointed!!!

We enjoyed this property very much, the location was excellent, we would like to try and rent this again next year?

The place was nice, great location, the complex was nice. We got an email the day before we arrived stating that there was extensive construction going on in the complex, 1 feel we should have been told more than the day before we werea arriving and given an option to find another place. There was very loud grinding, sawing, etc. They were re-doing outside plastering and putting in new windows, Monday through Friday. It was going on outside in the condo immediately aside of us. When we were at the condo or the pool, you could not talk to each other, the noise was so bad. The noise ruined things during the day, no relaxing, quiet time anywhere near our condo. I feel we should be re-imbursed a significant amount of money. I understand work needs to get done, but we were there on vacation to relax, and it was anything but restful! Also, the info given us stated they would give starters of essentials, so there was one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, etc. So, we had to even go purchase trash bags, it seemed a bit ridiculous for what we paid for the week. We still liked the place, would consider renting longer period next year, but would hope for some payment for no lead time to change our condo and the very loud noise!

We loved the location and the view from this property. The pool area was clean and not congested, the view was breath taking, and the location was perfect for access to beaches, bars, and restaurants.
