A would love to book again

I loved everything about this with the exception of the maintenance man. Rented two properties in Florida. Made the mistake of calling the wrong rental. This maintenance man was rude beyond measure. I actually had to end the call because of his rudeness. If the place was perfect otherwise, I would give it a bad review but only the rude maintenance man was the problem.

Loved the restaurant directly across the street. The balcony is huge at this property and you have an ocean view overlooking a parking lot, but we enjoyed it. Loved this property and we will be back! Our 14 month old loved the water area for kids by the pool. You're close to the Okaloosa Public Pier and minutes from Destin.

While the location between Destin and Navarre was great, do not believe the advertising that this is a “luxurious” condo. The layout of the condo is great and provides ample space for everyone but the furnishings are tired and run down, definitely needs to be updated. The mattress in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and feels like your falling in a whole in the middle of the bed. The button to start the washing machine doesn’t work properly, it was a struggle to use the machine. The living room furniture definitely needs updating, couch is small and uncomfortable plus the coffee table wobbled so bad, we were scared to set anything on it. If the condo was remodeled and had new furnishings, it would be amazing but, as is, definitely overpriced. I probably would pick a different unit in this complex for next year.

Bedroom #2 King Bed is too large for the space. Master Bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Laundry room has an odor. Washing Machine knob does not stay intact thereby not locking on the proper wash setting. Upon arrival, lamp on sliding glass door side in Master Bedroom blew breaker due a broken light bulb broken at the base of the lamp. We unplugged the lamp and reset the breaker. Otherwise the condo was very clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was nicely stocked and contained everything needed during our stay.

Loved the ease of getting to the beach! The chairs and umbrellas were a big hit knowing we could walk out with our towels and enjoy. The pool area was a big hit with our gandkids. Couch was old and dirty. I covered it with a sheet just to sit on it. Pots and pans were worn down to the metal. I bought new ones as they werent fit to cook. There is no dresser in the master to store your clothes. Please put some normal size coffee mugs in the unit. The ones provided were so tiny. There is an enormous patio with one tired table and chairs. I reported all of these and maintenance items such as a cieling fan not working and nobody came to address. I was very disappointed to have to leave a 2 month stay after 10 days.

This is the perfect location to stay. Several eating places across the street or a short drive away. This condo was very clean and linens aplenty. The bunk bed was a little short for my 6ft son but he made it work. The bunk room is smaller than the other guest room. Love the huge balcony. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware, dishes and utensils. It does have a Keurig coffee maker! You will need salt, pepper, cooking spray, detergent, etc. All in all a perfect stay for my family of 5!
