    Azul condo located in Eastern Shores is an older condo that’s been renovated which is made it a perfect spot to stay on the beach. The air conditioner was not working properly so Kismet Properties sent a technician out the next morning and got the unit running again. Thank you!

    We had a wonderful stay at this property! The condo was clean, up to date and literally steps away from the beach. The only complaint we had was the mattress needs up dating. It curved to the middle and was very hard! Would recommend other tan yay !

    What a beautiful condo , the owner was very communicative.It was fully equipped with lots of towels , pots and pans. Everything was perfect.. the view was amazing . We saw three beautiful sunrises , we will make it a tradition to stay here .

    This is our second time to stay in this unit and we love it! The location is the best!! It is clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that there was no baking sheet for the oven. I called management and she said that she would bring one the next day but no one ever showed up with it...very disappointing since everything else was so amazing.

    Overall, the condo was great, and a great location. Everything was clean and we had no issues throughout our stay. The only suggestion I would make is that it does get a little stuffy in the bedroom at night, a fan would help quite a bit

    The location of Azul was great! We had easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and aesthetically pleasing. It is a corner unit so keep this in mind because there is not total privacy while on the balcony.

    We had an overall great week in this unit. The unit is beautifully decorated and made us feel right at home. Our two boys loved the bunk beds and games available. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the amazing view and saw dolphins every day! Layout worked great for our family and view of the beach couldn’t have been any better. The kitchen cooking equipment options were minimal, however we made it work. My only complaints really have nothing to do with the unit itself. My first complaint was that the HOA says no tents or canopy’s, however it was not enforced. We had got up early to steak out our spots only to have people with stretched out canopy’s put their stretched out canopy bases in front of our chairs so we had to make sure we didn’t trip over them when we got up to go in and out of the water. Inconsiderate of the people but frustrating that the HOA doesn’t enforce the rules even after reaching out about it. My second complaint is the 30A Shade company that is recommended sets up the entire length of the beach with their chairs and umbrellas and does so at 5:30 every morning. That being said if you want to get a spot right at the waters edge, you better get up and put your chairs out before they do or else they will leave you about 20 yards which is for everyone else. Overall though the unit was great and since I got up every morning at 5:15 to get our spot we had a great week.
