And, since this unit is on the top floor (15th floor), you get the added benefit of 10 FOOT CEILINGS which makes the condo feel MUCH more spacious! You will also love the Italian marble floors, large SMART TV in the living room and a large flat screen in the bedroom, upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and more! And for those coffee lovers, we have standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you in our kitchen!

There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the Living Room....so, it sleeps 4! This condo is perfect for a couple's get-away or a small family. The dining area seats four and there is extra seating at the kitchen counter. And, another very nice feature is the full sized washer and dryer inside of this unit. It is so nice to be able to wash beach towels and swim suits while you are staying there!
