The entire Emerald Isle complex has just been renovated (4.5 million dollar renovation) We recently purchased Emerald Isle 600 which has a spectacular view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Fort Walton Beach is located on Okaloosa Island it has one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world.
Emerald Isle is located on Santa Rosa Blvd a less congested boulevard off Highway 98. Stay away from all the traffic in Destin and enjoy our less crowded beach.

Have patience while they are finishing up the renovations, construction takes up most of the free spaces so we had to drive around a couple times looking for spaces. But that is not a reflection of the condo or owners. Just be aware and be patient. Everything is lovely.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024Comfortable, clean, and inviting, it was the ideal getaway. The owners are thoughtful and responsive with easy communication. Check-in was a breeze. This Emerald Isle Condo is ideally located on the less trafficked end of Okaloosa, away from the crowds. We hope to return to this piece of paradise!
