Stayed May 31, 2025Beautiful condo in excellent condition. We have stayed in about 12 different units in this building over the years, and this was the nicest we’ve experienced. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, furniture comfortable and everything worked. Excellent communication as well. Layout of the condo works well for families and overall location remains one of our favorites for quiet family trips to the beach. We want to stay here again next summer.

Stayed Mar 18, 2023We had a great time. We owned a condo in this building when it was built and spent many weeks here. It was like traveling down memory lane. The sand is beautiful. The host was so nice and attentive to our needs. We would recommend this condo as a great vacation place.

Stayed Mar 4, 2023What an amazing property. The beach views from the balcony and the short walk to the beach are priceless. The unit is very roomy and would be great for a family. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen or anywhere we have ever stayed. The checkin/out is smooth, communication is great and Tony is exceptional. Highly recommend this unit and would gladly stay again if we return to the area.

Stayed Mar 13, 2022We loved staying at 401 W Ocean Breeze! We’ve stayed at lots of places along the Florida Gulf Coast and this is probably the best. The property is so much easier to get into and out of than any high rise. Great location along Perdido Key, close to restaurants and Publix but not crowded or traffic congested like other areas along 30A. A short drive to the National Seashore at Johnson Beach with miles and miles of beautiful, blindingly white beaches. Close to fishing charters. Easy to get out to the beach. The property itself is tastefully decorated and very well appointed and organized. It’s an end unit so more natural light than typical high rises. Enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from the balcony and the beach. Just beautiful! Will definitely stay again when we are back in Florida!
