Stayed Jan 2, 2026A great location and plenty of room for our family. Great to have a bed for everyone and 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with extras that make cooking a lot more convenient. Easy walk to Village and Gondola. Wood burning stove does a great job of heating the upstairs and floor units also worked well. Responsive and helpful communication with owner. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Dec 15, 2024There was no hot water the first night, and it was sparse after that. Someone had turned the switch off before our arrival. Other than that, it was great.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024The rental and location was great. All amenities were provided. Would have like to have known that the laundry facilities were pay only, but not a deal breaker. Would stay here again.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024We booked this condo because of the proximity to the Village. You can easily walk to the village in about 5 minutes. I liked that there was four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and that all our kids and spouses had a bedroom each. The only down side I can think of is that there is no washer and dryer. We have stayed in a lot of places in Mammoth and at June and this is one was well stocked with enough dishes and pots and pans that it made it easy to cook. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We stayed in the summer during warm temperatures and many of the windows had no screens so we could not take advantage of the fresh air in the cooler evenings. It was very stuffy. The good: great location, very responsive owner, Mammoth is beautiful and this condo would be a great place to stay in the winter.
