Awesome Beach/Gulf Views-About 50 steps to beach. Romantic-Cozy-Quiet-Very Clean

Great location & view of beach ?️…condo well stocked and comfortable bed. Sheltered parking area great in 90 degree plus weather.

The location was beautiful. There were a few things that could be improved with the unit. It was outdated, dark, and had a musty faint cigarette smell. I looked at other units in the building while there that were the same price one and were much more updated - same price. It was nice to have the beach wagon, but one of the chairs was falling apart/rusted and should’ve been replaced. There were dirty towels hanging to dry in our closet when we got there and I did have to vacuum and wash the floors on the first night because of a gritty feel. There were remnants of the past renters, I understand leaving sunscreen, but food that has expired should have been thrown out. Overall, it’s a beautiful location but they do charge a huge host fee. And ask you to wash the three beach towels that are in the unit before you leave, if I were to do it again, I would definitely rent in the building but a different unit.

Our stay at the Cozy Romantic Siesta Key Beachfront Condo was remarkable. The ocean view from this condo is breathtaking. Everything within the Condo was updated and fully stocked to make you feel at home. There is a washer and dryer steps from the front door (coin operated). From the moment we booked Al and Joanna was communicating with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I couldn't find the iron where they said it was and Al was ready to send me a new one. Then the iron was found all the way in the back of the linen closet. The outside property was well maintained and had gorgeous plants and palm trees. There is a property manager on site most of the time if any issues arise. Val at the front desk was very friendly and informative on locations to visit. If you are coming down to the Siesta Keys, then this is the place to rent. Convenient to all the sites and most importantly just steps to the beach.

The Property owners were fantastic to communicate with and responded promptly to all our questions. Condo was in a perfect location with beautiful ocean views. Condo was very clean and well equipped with all the kitchen supplies you need and beach supplies. This was our first trip to Siesta Key Beach and won’t be out last. We will definitely book this condo again!

We loved our stay. The location of this condo is perfect. It's a short walk to the beach and a short walk to The Village in Siesta Key. The condo was big enough for the four of us, and it was just as the pictures show. We had everything we needed and enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill, which is directly across the street from the condo. The view from the lanai and bedroom were gorgeous. Al and Joanne are the perfect hosts. They responded quickly with any questions I had. We highly recommend this cozy beachfront condo.

We stayed for two weeks in January and really enjoyed our stay. The location for us was ideal. It is right across the street from Siesta Key Beach park and only a 15 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars in the Village. If you don't want to walk, the Sarasota Breeze trolley and the Frog hop bus service are available at the corner.The unit is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc and there are plenty of towels and linens provided. There is on-site property management and the owners are quick to respond to any issues/questions.Would recommend to any couple looking for their Siesta Key Beach vacation.

The property location is wonderful, just a short walk to the beach. The view of the beach is beautiful. In a very convenient location and very close to Siesta Key Village. The bed could use updating. It’s a double bed, but sinks about halfway down when you sit on it (I’m 170lbs). I ended up sleeping on the couch to provide my wife (28 weeks pregnant) more room to try getting comfortable. Neither of us ended up sleeping very well. The listing is slightly misleading in the photos, as it appears a few couches were replaced with smaller versions and there wasn’t a little bottle of champagne available as the photos indicated. I would recommend taking new photos that more accurately reflect the condo as it is currently. Otherwise, we had a great and memorable trip.

The unit is located directly across from the beach. It's an easy walk to the beach or into Siesta Key Village. There's also a trolly stop right at the unit. The hosts were great and although we didn't need anything, I felt they were just a text away.

This property is so good, have everything to get good comfort. The Seaview from the apartment is wonderful The owners was so nice. We will back as soon as possible Thanks.

Even though we’ve been to Siesta Key before, it felt like home…we had a great time and I would recommend this unit to anyone interested in the beauty of the beach and the comfort of home. Thank you for the memories

Overall the unit was nice, just needs some TLC. Had to replace light bulbs as soon as we arrived. Located on a busy street and can be noisy at night. The linens need to be replaced especially the bath towels which smelled. The bed pillows are yellow and stained and should be replaced and a couple more added. The complex was very well maintained. The beach is beautiful.

This condo is the perfect location in Siesta Key. It is very clean, the check-in process and directions were very easy to follow. Being across the street from the beach is super convenient. Thank you Joanna & Al
