AWESOME Beachfront Condo; Clean, Smart; Lazy River, Hot Tub, Pools; Book Fast!

My wife and I stayed here in early November 2025. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. In fact, this is one place where it’s better in person than the photos on the website. Some aspects of the condo we particularly enjoyed:* Clean and tastefully decorated - Everything about the place was clean, and the decorating was well done. Homey, not institutional.* Building and facilities well maintained - The building and facilities are very well kept up and the management is present and active. * Truly stunning views and sounds of the ocean - Even on the 10th floor, you still can sit at the dining room table that is back from the floor-to- ceiling windows and look right out at the water. The sunrises are gorgeous. So nice to go to sleep to the sounds of the waves.* Kitchen is well equipped - My wife likes to cook scratch meals when we vacation. The appliances are in good shape, and she had the utensils, pots/pans she needed.* Three Bedroom/Three baths - Was really nice to have a full bath with every bedroom. * North Myrtle Beach Location - Out of the commercial overload of Myrtle Beach, but close enough to get there quickly if needed. The beach itself is great for walking, and is kept very clean even in the off-season.* Parking garage - The parking garage dedicated to this building is directly across the street and there’s an enclosed walkway between them. Very handy.

Truly loved the “at home” feeling this condo felt for us. The host were truly wonderful to work with and the hospitality was top notch!! We will definitely save this a favorite for the next trip in the area!! Thank you Shannon and Brent!!

We have stayed in many different condos over the years in North Myrtle Beach and this one is our favorite! The condo was clean, well stocked, has a great layout, beautiful view, the list goes on. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and then coming back to the pool area every day with some laps in the fun lazy river. We enjoyed several evenings in the hot tub too. Communication with the owners was easy and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Shannon and Brent’s condo is spacious with nice comfortable furniture. The extra large washer and dryer was a nice plus! Nice to sit on the patio with the sand just steps away. We rented umbrellas and chairs which were directly in front of the condo. Shannon and Brent also had chairs and umbrellas in the condo to take to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would stay again!

Everything was perfect. No complaints at all. Will definitely return.

This was the cleanest property at which we've ever stayed. I can't give it a 5 because there is always room for improvement, but I wish everywhere was this clean.

Great location, beautiful beach view, nicely decorated. So much to do in the area. Great hosts! Would definitely recommend!

Our family visits Myrtle beach at least once a year and this was the first time our family stayed at this condo and it was AMAZING. The condo was spacious, clean and had the supplies we needed for the week. The amenities were clean, our grandchildren especially enjoyed the lazy river. We definitely recommend this specific unit and plan on booking it again.

We were looking for a beach/ocean view for 10 in North Myrtle Beach and this was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and the property description and photos were spot on. We would stay again and hope to do so!

Long weekend stay with the (adult) family including one in a power wheelchair. The only difficulty was getting wheelchair in and out to balcony and it wasn't insurmountable, just a bit difficult because of a 2 inch threshold. Great location, plenty of parking, convenient.

The condo was more than we expected. The location was great, enjoyed our stay. Nobody wanted to leave. Beautiful place for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful time staying at Beaches 4Life at Windy Hill Dunes. Communication with Shannon and Brent was seamless before, during, and after our stay. This was one of the cleanest rental units we have entered upon check-in. Moving in and out was easy with the multiple carts and loading/unloading zones and multiple fast elevators. The parking garage and air conditioned walkway from the third level was so convenient. The condo was spacious and well-stocked with kitchen plates, silverware, appliances, etc. The furniture and beds were newer and very comfortable. The ROKU TVs in the bedrooms and living area were wonderful, as two in our group were not “beach people”. The empty pantry for food was a wonderful bonus to put all of our snacks and food to allow for more counter space in the kitchen. It was wonderful having a balcony with a table and other chairs for our group of five to be able to enjoy the beautiful views together comfortably. Check-in and check-out was a breeze with the use of a personalized code on the door. It was convenient not having to go to a rental office to pick up, drop off, and deal with keys for the week. This was simply one of the best vacation experiences we have had and are looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for a terrific vacation!
