Awesome Beachfront Apollo 1004

Very small but the view was amazing. Had no contact with the host but the property manager, Glenda, was very welcoming.

Great View of the water and beach - Sunset Grill was good too great service and good food - highly recommended for anyone wishing to visit Marco Island

You don’t want to stay here! The directions we were given to pick up the keys was incorrect, front door had just been painted prior to our arrival and was still tacky, refrigerator didn’t work, oven emitted a terrible smell, shower had some form of plastic coating attached to the tile (no clue what was behind the plastic coating) and the bathmat had a stain on it. Not to mention the hidden fees charged. Literally the only pleasurable part of our stay was on the balcony and beach.

Check in was easy.Great communication prior to stay.Unit is just right for the two of us.Views, sunsets and beach access were perfect.There was some construction noise ( no fault of the hosts)Well equipped unit

Lou Zandy the owner lacked of empathy, interest to accommodate renters. I had to wait 3 hours to enter to the condo. The owner didn’t respond to the phone number he has on VRBO, he even took 3 days to accept the rent. When I was about to leave the hotel he answered like nothing, not I’m sorry, nothing and had the nerve to said he send the email with instructions how to access the condo and He didn’t, the apartment is in very bad shape, the stove and dishwasher you couldn’t read the letters and numbers, the stove work intermittently A complete disaster To contrast the person at the front desk tried her best when I couldn’t access the rent

This is a very nice condo in a beautiful location in Marco Island. We have stayed at the Apollo many times, but this was the 1st time in this condo. We hope to come back.

Lou was very responsive to my needs. My TV broke on my second day. He and his wife showed up the very next morning and replaced it with a new one. I would highly recommend their Apollo Condominium! !

Just pulled out of the parking lot and already rebooking for next year. The Apollo is a perfect location and was everything that we needed and wanted.

The overall stay was very nice. I’m sure the owners will make improvements in the kitchen and bathroom.The bedroom and living room are very comfortable. If you plan to cook, check to see if the stove has been repaired. The balcony is just fantastic! The view of the gulf is breathtaking!

Perfect location on the beach Been visiting the same condo now 40 years

We arrived at the condo, it was not cleaned, the bed was not made and there was a basket of dirty laundry. We had to do the laundry so we had clean sheets to sleep on. The condo looks nothing like the pictures online and is super outdated We have tried contacting the rental company multiple times and they will not return our calls or emails.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit. Ocean-lovers will be thrilled with the view and easy access to the beach. Along with the restaurant on site, there are other great eating places within walking distance.

We like the Apollo, we have stayed there three times. The unit we were in was very nice except that the internet-based TV service was very bad. We kept getting various messages like the network wasn't fast enough or the TIVO box wasn't connected to the internet. Could only watch intermittently; very frustrating. Otherwise a good stay.

This was a last minute stay as our accommodations in St Pete hit a snag. Owner was very accommodating and the location and view simply amazing. The condo itself was perfect for the 2 of us, needs a little bit of updating, but did not interfere with our stay. Room was clean had what you needed and bed was comfortable. Also having the Sunset Grille on site was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again
