Stayed Oct 13, 2024First, listing says check in at 3 - property wouldn’t let us check in until 4. The room we were given was NOT the room listed for the property. The room listed is updated, has light and airy decor, is in the Jasmine tower. The room I was given was out dated, in the Indigo tower, dark and harsh decor - old. Old leather furniture. Multiple fixtures didn’t work, there was mold and water damage to the ceiling in the master. I notified the host that the room wasn’t the same and she said somethings may have been changed… um yes, the entire room. So the resort agreed to put us in a new room, if it’s possible, it was WORSE! Little to no furniture, even more outdated, fluids splattered on the wall, broken fixtures - definitely not the thousands of dollars worth that I paid. The resort moved us for a 3rd time and this room was the best of the 3, but it was directly off the elevator and the garage access on the 3rd floor. I also didn’t pay for a 3rd floor view. The noise from maintenance and housekeeping was constant as all of their rooms were right outside our door. Noise from the constant traffic was terrible. This was my daughter’s senior year fall break and it was absolutely ruined by the false advertisement and lack of help from this host!
