The Space:

This is a fantastic, recently renovated condo located on the slopes in the Crested Mountain complex. Walk out your deck and ski down to the Red Lady or the Silver Queen lifts or walk to Mt CB restaurants, retail and the free shuttle bus to the town of Crested Butte. Hike, bike, or enjoy the free outdoor concert series on Wednesdays at Crested Butte Mountain Resort right from the condo!

The first floor encompasses an open concept kitchen, dining, living space. The spacious kitchen has everything you will need to create delicious meals and enjoy dining in. The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace and smart TV. There is a half bath on this floor as well as ski boot heaters in the closet and a mudroom area for outdoor gear.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a large ensuite full bath. The ensuite primary bath has a heated floor, two vanities and a deep soaking tub. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds, share a large full bath with a bath tub and heated floor. The spacious laundry area is located within this shared bathroom.



In the winter season, please note that because this condo is on the slopes, you may hear the groomers in their cats in the middle of the night readying the slopes with some perfect corduroy for the morning.  If stairs are a concern, this is a two story condo with an outdoor flight of stairs from the parking lot to the entrance.



Please note that the hot tub is open seasonally.  In the winter season it is open from opening day to closing day and in the summer it is open mid-June-Labor Day. If you are coming before or after these times and the hot tub is important to you, please ask if it will be open.

No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.  There is 1 parking space in the garage and 1 outside. The garage height is 80 inches.  Vehicles measuring longer than 17ft bumper to bumper, including hitches and any type of rack, are NOT permitted in to park at this condo. Vehicles longer than 17ft will be booted and/or towed at the vehicle owner's expense.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

The Neighborhood:

The Crested Mountain Condos are as truly ski in/out as they come. Located slopeside you can walk to anything in the base area.



Getting Around:

A car is not needed. Walk to the transportation center just a few minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

CRESTED MOUNTAIN PARKING POLICY.

Due to minimal parking available, no more than one vehicle of any kind shall be kept, maintained, or allowed on the exterior of the Crested Mountain Condominiums owner’s garage for each residential condominium unit.

Vehicles may not exceed 19 feet in length, measured from the front bumper to the end of the vehicle, including trailer hitches and bike carriers. Regardless of vehicle length, the end of the vehicle may extend no further than 20 feet from the garage door. For example, a vehicle that is 19 feet long must be parked no more than 1 foot from the garage door. The purpose of this rule is to ensure that each Unit’s parking space is not obstructed and that there is enough room in the parking lot so that each parking space in front of every garage is fully accessible by car.

Each vehicle must have a parking permit that is clearly displayed and visible from the exterior at all times while parked on the premises. The parking permit must contain the following information: (1) the Unit number, (2) the phone number for the current occupant of that Unit (the person who has the keys to move the car), and (3) the name and number of the Property Management Company for the Unit.

    The host was amazing to us. We had one minor issue due to snow and it was resolved very quickly. She even called back to make sure it was taken care of. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a family trip. The location is one of the best on the mountain and it will be our first call when we come back. We all loved it!

    We loved our stay at the Avocondo! It's a great size, super clean and updated and we loved the porch that sits right on the main ski slopes. Well stocked with everything we needed and the mgmt company was quick to reply when we had a question. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to CB.
