Avalon Penthouse 4 is a 5 bedroom/5 bath, TOP FLOOR, true PENTHOUSE, luxury condo with a 50-foot balcony, 2 master bedrooms, and a Direct Gulf View of the Gulf of Mexico! It located on the 21th floor of the Avalon tower at The Beach Club Resort, just 12.5 miles West of Gulf Shores, Alabama. It is Right on the Beach with pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, spas, shopping and restaurants with bars and a lot more! This beautiful condo offers 2636 square feet of living space, upscale furnishings, travertine floors, granite counters, cable TV and WIFI.

The 50-foot balcony is accessible from the two master bedrooms which are located on both ends of the condo and the living area in the center. There is an open floor plan, so you will have an amazing High Rise Direct Gulf View of the Gulf of Mexico from the living/dining area/kitchen area and both master bedrooms! The spacious living area offers comfort and a high-rise penthouse view!

Both master bedrooms are equipped with king beds and each privately adjoin a large master bath with a double sink vanity, a tub, a walk-in shower with steam and a walk-in closet. Both offer a direct gulf view from the king bed, huge sliding glass windows that open to the balcony with spectaculars views!

There are 2 queen guest bedrooms and each adjoin a private bath, one with a tub/shower combo and one with a walk-in shower. There is a bunk room that is located right by a full bath with a walk-in shower. The bunk has a twin on top with a queen lower bed and a queen trundle! This room sleeps 5!

The beds are made with fresh white linen. The bathrooms are stocked with a moderate supply of white bath linen. Personal size bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, one roll of tissue is provided for each bathroom.
You may need to pack hairdryers, and personal toiletries. There is a full-size washer and full-size dryer in the utility room. A one-day supply of clothes detergent is supplied.

The galley style kitchen, with full size appliances and a large pantry closet for your food, is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare most meals, just bring the food, coffee and your disposable items. Items supplied for kitchen: Dish towels, dish cloths, one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of dish washing liquid and automatic dish washing detergent.

Without any additional charges, you will have access to the pool, hot tub, wading pool, restrooms at the foot of the towers, three boardwalks to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, and charcoal grills . You may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar and the salon, located in The Clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops located near the entry of the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach and kayaks. A phone number is given to arrange the rental in advance or you may go to the Clubhouse Desk in person.

The owner of this condo is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the Private amenities, as well, by paying a daily fee at The Clubhouse desk in person for the days you choose, if any. This fee varies from $58 per day based on number of days used, but that amount covers your entire party, not per person. The Private amenities include an indoor pool and fitness center with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious locker rooms with showers and a sauna, tennis courts and more!
