Stayed Jul 1, 2024Avalon 702 was clean and well equipped as advertised. The views from the 7th floor are great. The only negative is about the overall setup for the beach experience. There is limited space available if you want to use your own chairs, etc. especially during peak season. If you want to rent chairs there are plenty .
