    Fantastic location for Trailfest! We enjoyed not having to fight for parking. The host was extremely responsive, which we appreciated. The decor is a little bit dated, but it’s clean and safe.

    Perfect location for my family and friends to stay close to the village for the Margarita Festival. There was only one negative and that was the sofa bed situation. Listing says it has two sofa beds, but it only has one. Even if there were two sofa beds there is no room in the living area to set them both up. Normally I wouldn’t complain or put this in a review but we were expecting to use the second sofa as a bed. Fortunately one of our friends brought a cot or they would have had to sleep on the floor or double up with someone on the sofa bed. Other than that the place was very nice.

    This place was really nice and spacious. Really close to the Village where there’s a lot of restaurants, brewerys, and live music. The only downside is that the days we stayed were a little warm and the condo does NOT have an A/C or ceiling fans which made the condo feel a little warm during the day.

    Perfect location for a summer weekend in Mammoth, walking distance to the village. Easy cycling distance to all of the network of town paths, which can take you all the way up to Lake Mary and beyond.

    Everything was great! The bed were very comfy, there were plenty of dishes and utensils provided and the heaters worked great. The house is very spacious even with 7 adults in it. I will say the only thing I wasn’t the biggest fan of were the couch beds because they were pretty thin and not super awesome but really what couch pull out beds are? We would definitely stay here again

    We had overall good time. The condo is right across the street from the Village shopping center. Bring extra fans if visiting in summer. We love Mammoth and we definitely keep coming back, but I would rent a different place though
