Are you ready to experience a private gated community nestled on the beach This 6th floor, 1,000 square foot beachfront condo sleeps four, with one king bed, two twin beds, and two bathrooms.

The interior of the unit takes its design cues from the surrounding beach, with sand-colored floors, ocean-themed fabrics and designs, and nautical décor. Sliding glass doors brighten the living room with natural light. Decorative touches like fish, sandpipers and indoor ferns enhance thefeeling of tropical tranquility.

The kitchen features quartz counter tops embellished with continued oceanic decorations. You’ve got all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a sit-down dinner to tropical blended drinks to sip on the balcony as you enjoy the incomparable Marco Island sunset (depending on the time of year).

The balcony is also the ideal place to both start and end your day, with tables and chairs overlooking thick clusters of palm trees and lush tropical mangroves bordered by the turquoise ocean.

The brightly colored bedrooms feature ample closet and drawer space and both come with their own television. The master suite also gives you sliding door access to the balcony so you can fall asleep to fragrant ocean breezes and the sound of waves breaking on the shore.

The unit provides everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Best of all, you’ve got the beach itself, a peaceful stretch of silken white sands and inviting warm water. You can spend all day wading in tide pools picking out colorful shells, snorkeling, kayaking, or if you’re feeling adventuresome, going on a parasailing cruise and soaring high above the water.

The South Seas offers plenty of enticements of its own. Take a swim in the heated pool then enjoy a picnic lunch beneath the shade of a tiki umbrella. Play tennis or pickle ball on the newly re-surfaced courts alongside Clam Bay. For something a little more slow paced there is shuffleboard and bocce ball. Go for a morning walk through hibiscus-scented garden paths. Enjoy a workout in the fitness center, cook on the charcoal grills or participate in some of the daily activities in the social room.

    This place was a perfect location for the beach getaway! We traveled with our two college-aged children, and enjoyed the beach so much. It’s a good walk away from the property, but the property offered so many benefits! They had a beach wagon, beach, chairs, beach games. it was really well stocked. In addition, the management property was super easy to get in touch with through text. I appreciated their constant communication. We would definitely stay there again!

Reviewer Comments: Pros: location, safety, quietness, beach access, updated, plenty of towels, storage locker full of everything needed for the beach, great view, amazing sunsets, plenty of parking, trash drop and laundry right outside the door, kitchen was well stockedCons: Not necessarily a con for the condo but turning left onto Collier Blvd. got tricky during traffic, key system is cumbersome but not a big deal, walk to beach was a bit longer, I def got my steps in but I could see how older folks could have difficulty with the distance, also the elevators were crowded and we had to wait a while for them to show up during busy times, waited almost 15 mins and 4 passes before we could get onto one and then had to ride the elevator up just so we could get down (I assume this was because of spring break week and not necessarily all the time).Would def stay here again and would recommend these Towers!

    The condo itself could not have been better! Very clean, very nice furnishings. We checked in after hours on the weekend and had trouble finding the office to buy a parking pass on Monday morning. The walk to the beach was further than it looks in the pictures. 10-15 minute walk and not close to any facilities, so you have to walk all the way back to the condo for bathrooms. Pool area was nice. Condo in a nice safe area.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex and condo were very beautiful, however, the racoons that were running around were not. We checked out early and dropped our keys in the lock box at the office. I got a call 4 hours later stating that I had only returned one set of keys. A manager was supposed to call me, but I never got a call and was charged $247.00 for keys. The person that called me was very unprofessional and I didn't appreciate being accused of basically stealing keys to the unit. Really - why would I do that ?? I was in the rental business for quite a while and find it hard to believe that you only have 2 sets of keys for each unit and couldn't give me time to check and overnight the keys back to you.

Has lovely gulf view too. Owner has taken care of every little details of things renters might need, games, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, towels, some groceries items like sugar, salt etc to name few. Happy with the condo. Only issue we faced was that it takes 9 minutes walk to reach the beach and due to the very hot summer it was becoming very hard. Don't know how this can be resolved, but tiger tail beach is a bit of walk.

You open the front door to ocean greeting you outside the sliding glass doors. Everything one could need is there. The buildings and grounds are beautiful. We always felt safe and enjoyed all the amenities especially tennis and pickle ball. We are anxiously waiting for spring dates next year to call and book again. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great setting and location, with beautiful views of Tigerrail beach and the setting Sun in February. The layout and updates to the Condo are great with a modern feel and look. HVAC worked well. Really need to bring all your own toiletries. Suggest the Winn-Dixie closest to island. The Fridgr has filtered water which was good but we also bought A good amount of bottled water. Pool just so-so not much mo-jo. The Condo leadership is just okay and laundry machines have $10 min, for $3.50 load. Great location and place overall.

The pool is very nice with plenty of chairs and the beach is right there. It's a bit of a walk to get to the water because the beach is huge.
