Easy walk to downtown, clean, comfortable place to stay. Would recommend a few more deck chairs to gather on the deck overlooking the river.

Our second time here. It’s lovely, right on the river, you can hear the water rushing by. Clean, beautifully furnished and the beds are comfortable! Great hot tub and pool. It’s our sanctuary and we will definitely be back soon:)!!!!

We’ve been staying in Aspen for years, but the last 3 years we stayed in the same condo and it’s been the best experience. Fully stocked, walking distance to everything and mostly a comfortable and clean place!Brian is a great host and easy to communicate with!

Two families with four kids total, perfect setup for everyone. Great time. Hot tub and pool were a great addition. Excellent location by car or RFTA. Would surely stay again.

This place was exactly as described. Very walkable to town and the daily housekeeping was great. A bit of a hike if you want to walk to the gondola from here with your boots/gear, but can take the shuttle.

This place is as good, or even better, than the pictures. Dual masters on the lower level, and 2 extra bedrooms upstairs with plenty of privacy and storage space. Quick walk into town and to the lift at Aspen mountain.

Our family returned to this property for a holiday week in Aspen after having a great experience last time. Everything was just as we remembered - easy access to the mountain and town, seamless communication, and a comfortable and spacious property. We'll be back again!

My friends and I loved this condo. Very clean and well stocked with modern amenities. Beds were ultra comfortable and the views were truly incredible. Great pool and hot tub. There's really nothing like soak after a long day of adventure. We will absolutely stay here next time we're in Aspen!

Perfect for what we needed

This property was perfect for our family of four. We loved being right on the river and close to all the amenities in Aspen. It was easy to explore Aspen, Snowmass, Independence Pass, and fish the Roaring Fork River with this as our base. The property is in great condition and the beds were as good as one would find at a luxury hotel. The the hot tub was certainly nice at the end of the day. We want to stay here again!
