Stayed Oct 1, 2025Unit is very close to town. My husband (70) and i walked everywhere but took the shuttle to Maroon Bells. 1st of October is so beautiful eith all the yellow trees. Stairs were a great exercise, unit is on the third floor with no elevator. Only complaint is the lack of lighting in the bedroom. Otherwise, very comfortable and relaxing. All the amenities of home.

Stayed Jan 22, 2025Great Location to stay in downtown! Gondola is a 5 min walk, can walk anywhere downtown in minutes. Host is very accessible to communicate with and is the perfect spot for a mountain get away. Have stayed multiple times at this unit.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024This place was perfect for our anniversary. Walking distance to shops and restaurant. Endless Trail possibilities. Play clean and orderly. Only thing bad that I can say about it is the floor and bath tile in the bathroom, it’s dated. Everything else was great would recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024When we arrived our first evening there was one parking spot. I did call the manager and found the parking pass in the condo. We were told we could park in the street but walking around the neighborhood there never was any parking. So we never moved our car and walked or rode the bus which worked out great. Also Saturday afternoon there were no towels in the pool area.the TV in the living room had 3 remotes finally figured which one worked the TV. The one in the bedroom had 2 remotes but my guess was you could only use a streaming service. We were gone most of our stay anyway. We had to listen to the air conditioning unit run the whole time even with the sliding doors open it was still warm in the condo. In the bedroom one whole wall was a mirror which only made it brighter in there at night. The bathroom door hinges made a noise every time we opened or closed the door. We did enjoy our stay and convenience of the condo. Our rating would honestly be a 3 out of 5 and definitely over priced compared to other places we have stayed though out the US and abroad. Thanks

Stayed Jul 16, 2024We absolutley love Aspen and was looking for a place where walking everywhere would check our boxes, we found it. It was a lovely unit, close to everything, cozy, and great communication with the agent. FYI It's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. When in Aspen you walk so it wasn't a big deal. Unfortunately, we had to check out 2 days into our stay due to a family emergency back home. So pleased to say that we received a refund for time not spent. I would absolutely stay there again!
