The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, well-located condo that’s ideal for a couple, small family, or two friends. The bedroom features a king bed, and the living room offers a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests total. You’ll have one full bathroom and a cozy living area for relaxing after days on the mountain or trails. On-site, you’ll find a community sauna and outdoor BBQ area, plus a seasonal pool and hot tubs (see Important Things to Note for current availability). A DVD player is available for low-key movie nights.

Important Things to Note

• Construction: Exterior construction is underway in the complex. Guests should expect daytime noise. The pool and hot tubs are out of service until further notice.

• Parking: Assigned parking for one vehicle is provided in the underground garage, space #316, with a parking pass that must be displayed. During periods of active exterior work, garage parking may be closed and you will need to use the property’s overflow parking areas instead (signage on site will direct you).

• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building operated by building management. If it is unavailable due to maintenance or outage, stairs will be required.

• Winter safety: The HOA may board up certain windows during winter months to protect against falling icicles.

• Wi-Fi and cell service: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly per HOA rules. Please reach out if you need help finding a pet-friendly option.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

    Everything was OK, but not perfect. The bed was soft and the pillows were lousy. The refrigerator was old and very noisy. The faucet for the kitchen sink had a severe leak unless put in a very precise location. Finally, the assigned parking space in the garage is useless, even a tiny car would need to do a 6 point turn to get in and out. The space is squeezed between a wall and a concrete column.

    This unit is a great value and very conveniently located near Eagle lodge. The unit itself was clean and has all the basics needed. Parking is a little tight but manageable. The bed was comfortable enough, though most of the pillows are the fluffy down type so if you like a firmer pillow be sure to bring yours. The kitchen does not seem to have measuring spoons that I could find, and there are no non-stick pots or pans, so if you typically use them things like pancakes and related may take a little practice, be sure to bring butter for cooking. The unit does have an amazing view of the mountains so that is a score and firewood is provided which is nice. The fireplace worked great, though read the instructions as it is not a typical open fireplace. There is also a hot tub and sauna at the building.At the time of our stay the condo community is going through a renovation and it was nice to see the work is being done.Check-in requires going by their office, and you have to be decent with combination locks to get the key out of an old mail box style wall. Not sure why in these days there isn't a digital keypad as that would make things easier, but it wasn't a huge hassle. The rental company people were super friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall a great deal and we would stay there again. Thank you to the owner and PM's!

    Great location and management. Unfortunately, the most important amenity for a ski trip- jacuzzi wasn’t functional. I stayed in building 4 while my friends stay in building 2. Both jacuzzis were not working and no one was using it.

    Can't beat the location, just know you have to pick up the physical key in advance. Great layout, just needed coffee and sheets for the couch bed those were missing but minor. Parking spot is tight for anything outside of a compact car, we had a FX150 and really struggled to park. Loved it all around just a few minor things that will be helpful for future guests.

    The condo was nice. The kitchen could have used a non stick pan or two and the pots weren't clean. The jacuzzi was nice and the rest of the condo was in good condition. Comfortable beds. Close to the lifts. Communication with the management was excellent.

    The room was clean and very spacious. We loved the mud room at the entry. You have an incredible view of the spa and mountainside. Less than 5 minute walk to Eagle Lodge and the shuttle pickup stop to ride free anywhere in town. The reserved parking spot under the building is very tight by the entrance so we had to back out of the parking garage with our truck. Definitely bringing up a smaller car next time. The only two things we would have liked to know is they only have stainless steel pans so it was a pain to cook with since I'm not used to it and they have no lighters to use the fireplace. This has nothing against the room though as everything else was great! Looking forward to staying again soon.
