We stayed here during a very heavy storm, so some of our overall experience was affected by that. The driveway and roads within the condo community were not plowed until about 10 am, which delayed our departure and resulted in us getting stranded for most of the day. The unit itself was more spacious than we'd anticipated, and was cozy and comfortable. There were a few loose floorboards between the wood/carpet, and a couple exposed carpet nails between the bedroom and bathroom. We called the property management on the morning after we arrived, but never got a call back regarding this issue.

The condo was exactly as described. It was perfect for our needs. Would have liked a few more items in the kitchen and we ran out of paper products but otherwise it was perfect!!

This unit needs some work before it is rented again. The condition of this unit partly influenced my reason for leaving early. One issue after another. The pull-out bed frame is broken. The kitchen faucet has so much calcium build up that when you turn the sprayer on it gets all over you and the countertops. The pans are filthy. They are covered with grease and food particles. The refrigerator drawer is broken and my food fell out of the refrigerator when I opened the drawer. The shower is plumbed backwards and cold is Hot and Hot is cold and I got scalded. The Wi-Fi was not working and I to reconnect the cables and reset the modem. Aside from all of these issues, the elevator in the facility did not work for several days. The unit is also much smaller than the pictures lead you to believe. Lastly, the fees for this unit are oppressive. They amounted to 40% of the total. Absurd. I have rented many units in Mammoth over the years and this unit was the worst unit that I have ever rented.

very good. There is a small constant drip form the bathtub faucet which I think my wife might have mentioned when we returned the key.

Loved the condo. Light and open loved two separate bathroom sinks with lots of space to spread out. We loved the hiking trail just behind the unit we stayed in. Comfortable furniture. Not well ventilated. The ceiling fan in the bedroom helped. Beautiful view from living room window of mountains in the day and the moon at night.

It's a big clean place, with giant oversized furniture and a nice wood burning fireplace. It's a bit dated as if 1992 was frozen in time - down to the magazines on the coffee table. That said, we appreciated the kitchen having basic staples no one wants to bring/buy - oil, salt/pepper, spices. Much appreciated. Not a terrible walk to the Eagle express ~10 mins, but the listing says there is a ski back trail to the complex - if there is, we sure couldn't find it, and there would need to be several tunnels if it existed. Condo folks - if you're reading this - please replace the coffee maker with one that works right! It just dribbles water down the middle of the grounds. Other than that, we'd recommend the place for sure.
