Great kitchen, only request is a place to put clothes in bedroom.

We rent a lot of condos but this one has to be one of the best. The host provides very nice dishes and glassware. The place appears to be loved.And I'm sure there's a pretty view out of the window once the huge snowbank melts!

The overall experience was great. Very clean and a kitchen with nice dishes. Queen bed very confortable. I would recommend to get a new mattress for the couch bed. My 14 years old had a hard time with the metal bars, he felt them in his back....he had a hard time sleeping. The check-in and check-ot was great. Very easy instructions.

We had a great time on the mountain and it was nice to come back to a cozy condo to relax.

Nice location, good amenities. 5 remotes in the bedroom, but none of them worked the t.v. Some bonehead put trash in the ashes only can in the garage, and a bear ripped them to shreds.

Home was clean & perfect for a small family. I liked that there was a separate mud room area for snow gear. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable & the hot tub was absolutely amazing after a long day of snowboarding & had the most gorgeous view at sunset! The only thing that was disappointing was there were no extra towels provided for use after the hot tub (even though the informational binder in the home states that additional towels would be left in the bedroom). I messaged the property management company & they said extra towels were not provided. We made do and shared a towel, but when its freezing outside it was definitely not ideal. So BYOT (bring your own towels)! Still giving 5 stars because everything else was great!

Plumbing seems to be on the brink, but fortunately we didn't have an incident. Kitchen had everything we needed.

The unit is clean and well equipped but the complex is a bit run down. Walking distance to Eagle Lodge is a plus.

The unit was fine, though a little tired. The reservation system was fine until we arrived. In order to access the unit, you have to download an app which if you don';t know ahead of time is a challenge. The app then says you have to go to another location to get your keys. Why wasn';t this information part of the reservation system? There was another family arriving at the same time with the sam issue.Please update your system to email directions-not everyone has service to download an app at the last minute. Finding the unit was another challenge- it is not obvious which building one is in nor how to find the unit, let alone parking-particularly when you are arriving late at night. The unit was fine, but the hallway access was under construction. One of the hot tubs was not hot, but the other one and sauna were fine.
