We rented property in Mammoth that Grand Welcome manages. The unit was fine and the property is nice but we had a major issue with noise in the unit above ours. Starting at about 5 PM the unit above us kicked off what I would describe as a Rave. They were playing House/EDM music very loudly, stomping (dancing I'm assuming) and yelling. We were young once and understand having fun, so we patiently waited for them to quiet down. They didn't. At 1:30 AM I finally resorted to contacting Grand Welcome. They did nothing. They wouldn't help contacting the police, the property manager of the unit above, or anyone else. Their answer was 'call the police' and deal with it...which I eventually did. Night 1 - no sleep for entire family from 1:30 - 5 AM. Night 2 was a repeat of night one. Massive disturbance upstairs and a Property Management company that doesn't value their customer's experience and business. I was on the phone with police again from midnight to 3 AM. As a frequent renter of vacation properties we are very vigilant about the rules of the property. We do our part to clean up, follow the rules, and leave the property in good condition. Grand Welcome couldn't have cared less about us or our experience and has offered nothing to compensate for 2 ruined vacation days. If you're a renter AVIOD PROPERTIES MANAGED BY GRAND WELCOME. If you are a property owner AVOID USING GRAND WELCOME to manage your property...unless you don't like tenants renting your unit.

The property comes as advertised. Great pricing, clean, good communication w/ the property managers, well-maintained and a good neighborhood which is close to town or the mountain. Good for one person or a small family like ours. We were very satisfied and would recommend to anyone we know. It would be nice to be able to open a window but that is my only complaint and it is a very minor one. Overall, I give it 5 stars. An excellent experience.

definitely old decor, grungy carpets from the 70s. But, great layout. ideal number of beds & baths for my group of 3 adult individuals. We had a great time in Mam.oth & loved having separate rooms, a kitchen, and dining/livingroom.

What was good:Close to Eagle Lodge, a non stick skillet that actually was non stick. Well furnished with plates, spices and utensils. Clean. Plenty of seating for dining and in living room. Bedrooms are large. Need improvement:Many extra steps to book after booking on VRBO. Had to go to an office to get and return key to VRBO Carpet in bathrooms Heater does not work in bedroom. Fans are loud in bathroom. Socket in bedroom does not work
