I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Of course the location can’t be beat. But the people there are what makes the difference. From Margit and Paul in the office to Ryan, Greg, and Juan in the suburbans, everyone was nice and friendly and we had great conversations. The cleaning crew did a great job and were also very friendly. This was our 6th or 7th time staying there. We’ll be back.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Aspen Alps always does a fantastic job! We have stayed in many of the units over the last 25 years. Apartment #214 was very beautifully decorated but not overly done. A few things missing were smaller pans in the kitchen. The wood floor next to the dining room was warped and nearly caused several falls. There was a mold smell in the master closet not sure where the smell was coming from but seemed to be contained in that area. Possibly the wall behind it that the back side of the shower. Also, the majority of the storage in the unit was locked for owners use which did not allow for storage for guests. Overall this was a nice unit for our family,just a few things that could be better to make it great!

Stayed Sep 8, 2017Pictures don't really do it justice. Even better in person. Close to everything. Helpful front desk person got us situated after even arriving at 10:30pm.
