Condo was clean and comfortable. Made for a perfect vacation for our party six. We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly resolved by the property owner. Would definitely recommend and we plan to book again!

The property is in an excellent location—just a quick 3-4 minute walk to the beach, with the pool conveniently on the way. It’s also close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars, as well as Walmart and Aldi, which are both less than a mile away, making grocery runs a breeze. The rental itself was spacious and a great value for the price. We’ll very likely book here again in the future.

This condo had a real beachy vibe! It’s just steps away from the beach and Main St. With lots of bars and restaurants. We love Myrtle Beach but many of my Canadian golfing friends are not sure about returning next year, mainly because of the exchange rate. If your tourism is down next year you could try offering discounts to the Canadian snowbirds. Kristi is a great host and I recommend her beach condo

I can’t praise the communication enough!! One small toilet issue and it was addressed immediately!! Very comfortable unit! Beds extremely comfortable!! Nice location!!

The condo was a perfect place for us to stay and relax. Location was perfect for us in North Myrtle and the beach was a 5 minute walk away. We will be back.

The place is only a few steps away from the beach with plenty of shops and places to eat within walking distance. My Bro, Dad and I stayed here and enjoyed carrying on our Thanksgiving tradition. Lovely stay and would stay again!

Great condo! Clean, pretty, excellent location. The tub spout and one faucet head were loose but fully functional!

The location was good and easy access and parking for the unit. Room for 3 couples. Easy check in and out. We will return.

Nice location but the unit is old and not in very good shape. Was not clean, dishwasher was loose and just about pulled out from under the counter while opening the door. Towel rack in hall bath fell off the wall. Mattresses on the twin beds were absolutely terrible. Door knob had fell off of the outdoor screen door. Way too much money for this unit.

Wonderful proximity to the beach!

My family and I visited all the way from the sweetest place on earth (Hershey, Pa) and we were not disappointed. We could walk on to the beach at anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The owner was just a call away if needed, but we were all set for a great week!

The condo was great! Just what we needed for a quick trip. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The grounds keeper and her homeowners that live on the property full time however are not kind or welcoming to vacationers.

3 bedroom beach condo. From the balcony you can view the beach somewhat. Short walk to the beach. Property is in need of maintenance. Some electrical outlets did not function. Coffee pot turned on, but never brewed. There was also a one cup Kuerig, so we managed with that. Handle in hall bath fell off during stay. Washer and dryer were both non-functioning until two days before our scheduled check-out when new ones were delivered by Lowes. The owner communicated with me well regarding this issue, and we worked with it. Communicated with the owner that cleaning person was not doing a very good job. Owner said she would notify cleaning person of the issues. I know from personal experience, these things happen when you have a rental property. Overall, it was a reasonable price for a beach location for 6 night stay.
