Stayed Sep 18, 2021Excellent location to enjoy shag week. Neatly manicured grounds and easily accessed amenities provided an enjoyable beach experience. The apartment had plenty of room for a reasonable price. The kitchen cabinets and refrigerator could stand to be upgraded if possible. Maybe the cleaning staff to try a little harder on things like baseboards and under beds. Overall, it was an outstanding vacation! We plan on staying there again when we head back to North Myrtle Beach.

Stayed May 29, 2021The unit had so much potential but fell short in many, simple ways. 1) when checking in, we went to the property manager location on Main Street . The manager remained behind a locked door and we had no idea what she was trying to say. At a minimum she could have called me to explain what was going on. Instead we had a set of keys slid out to us via the mail slot... not sure what the deal was behind this but confusing and nonprofessional 2) we saw large insects (cockroaches?) in the unit in multiple locations 3) several items just needed repair... Venetian blind in the main room didn’t work, not sure if the ice maker works (but it’s VERY loud) and the disposal also seemed excessively loud. 4) couch seems very old and uncomfortable 5) WiFi only worked in a few rooms. It did not workin the living room or kitchen ( no networks weren’t available) 6) there were literally 10 remotes at the main tv. It took us a while to figure out which two were the ones to use. I don’t know what the other 8 were for Again- the location was good and we had no problem with the building amenities . But it seemed like this unit was lacking the attention to detail that you’d expect for a unit we paid so much for for. We’ve rented appproximately 20 times over the last dozen years. This is the first time I felt compelled to feedback.
