    Great location. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice. The master suite is the best room in the apartment. It’s nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The living room is a little awkwardly organized, with the TV far away from the couch. And the downstairs couch is fine but it feels like an easy chair or two would be beneficial. The upstairs living air is also a. It wide open and could use some extra seating. The deck is awesome. And being close to the beach made the stay for us.

    Property was as expected. However communication with host was not clear. We didn’t get the security code to get in the building until we were almost to our destination.didn’t know what unit either until last minute. We parked in wrong spots bc we weren’t aware of assigned parking spots. We filled out the specific green cards with vehicle info and put them on the car windshield. We proceeded to go out for the day. When we returned we were dumbfounded to see that our cars were missing! Gone! Not knowing what to do , we contacted the host Sean. He tracked down where the cars we’re. Towed away! We had to pay cash only 670 for 2 cars. With no warning that we were in wrong parking spots! With a lot of negotiation with Sean we were only able to get refunded 100! My advice to anyone interested in this place to read the mile long rules and fine print. And whatever you do don’t park in the wrong spaces!!

    Location was a key point. Accessible to beach and the boulevard, but away from the noise and bustle. Layout of the condo was perfect for us. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Condo was very clean. All around a great mini escape for the six of us. Thanks for letting us share your condo.

    My family and I loved staying at the Ashworth Escape. The space was set up perfectly for socializing and relaxing. So close to all the restaurants and attractions, we love to be close enough to walk to everything! Would absolutely rent this property again, good communication with owner and property managers as well.

    Beautiful condo, very spacious and clean. Sunsets on the back side of the marsh are stunning. Great location to The Goat, L St. Tavern, Wally’s, casino, all the open establishments on off season.

    Sean’s place was an awesome stay! It was super clean and air conditioned which was great because my group was there when it was 90 degrees out. This place was very clean and had all the amenities you would need for a stay. I highly recommend this place!
