The third bedroom includes two twin beds, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids or larger groups with two sets of twin bunk beds.     We had 6 of us for a ski trip. Walking distance to the Village. Bus stop directly across street from condo. Very convenient. Plenty of space for a group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin is excellent! Has all the amenities you'd want for a getaway ski weekend, including a jacuzzi & sauna within walking distance. Giving 4/5 stars because both bunks in the bunk bed room we're wobbly and not sturdy. All 4 friends who roomed in here got barely any sleep due to any minor movement shaking the entire bunk. Screws definitely need to be tightened.

    The experience to stay at this property was alright. This place requires more cleanliness. We found the carpet was old and dusty, no AC in any room and no fans too. I called to customer service and he gave us only 2 fans. Hence, only us couple got the portable fans in our rooms. There was no fan available for the kids room. Hence, kids slept with us in queen size bed. So difficult to sleep 3 of us in the same bed. Although, the club house was good.But, no access to extra towels. We carried the towels from our rooms to the pool and hot tub area. It needs noticeable improvement. Customer may not return if the facilities are not improved. Atleas. I won't rent this property again.

Reviewer Comments: A few problems with this unit: Very poor lighting; wood provided but no matches or fire starter; carpet in master bath very poor idea- never dried out; no broom or vacuum; kitchen utensils poorly supplied etc.; hot tub for property closed 1st 2 days of our stay.

    I found the check-in and out process to be a bit of a hassle with the extra stop when they are just providing a code rather than a physical key. Otherwise, great spot! Space was accurate to pictures. Kitchen and bathrooms were decently stocked. Plenty of towels and blankets. The location in relation to the village was very convenient.

    Pros - Location (one stop away from village and gondola), Nice, spacious layout (perfect for families/groups), well-stocked, comfortable beds. Cons - Poor internet strength, no laundry in unit (there are two coin access washer/dryer but in main building) Overall, we had an excellent stay with our family and friends but next time will opt for better Wi-Fi (work demands) and washer/dryer. Other minor suggestions - more towels (especially needed with no washer/dryer), better soap products, ability to use ski locker.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had very high hopes for this stay. It is located in a gorgeous location and the space itself fits 10 people fairly comfortably, but we were disappointed with some cleanliness and management's lack of response to our needs. When we arrived there was still trash in the trash cans that had not been taken out or dish soap to run the dishwasher. The wifi did not work all week long. We called and emailed management and after a few days they sent a maintenance person. That person came in, looked around for about 4 minutes, and then left without a word. They could not even find a modem. We never heard any follow up about this and ended up having to go the whole week without wifi which was challenging since all of us had work we needed to do.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. 5PM check-in? Tried checking in around 2PM and was told to come back. Recommendation: 2-3 PM check-in time is more appropriate. Perhaps add extra cleaning crew or par levels of sheets/towels etc. to ensure rental condo is available at a better time.2. Parking passes were an issue. Minimum of 3 parking passes is a reasonable amount of passes to distribute for a 4 bedroom/10-11 person condo rental. When company was contacted was told the HOA only gives out 2 passes. When HOA was contacted they blamed the rental/mgmt company. Blaming back and forth with no resolution. 2. Internet connection was troubling, running slowly or not working at all. Incidentally this was fixed after a handy-man showed up at the condo to address reported issues with a dryer and door handle WHICH WAS NOT FOR THIS UNIT. I received an email stating maintenance would be showing up to fix dryer/door handle which I responded to stating that I did not report such issues since our unit did not even have a dryer. Never received a response and the maintenance man showed up anyways. Guess I'm grateful he was able to fix the Internet for us...?Recommendations: 1. Increase number of parking passes.2. Provide more toiletries. Ran out of toilet paper, soap, clean towels. Luckily brought our own. Amount of soaps/shampoos/towels/TP etc. was not appropriate amount for 4 bedroom/ 10-11 person rental for 3 days. No accommodation for spa/sauna towels. 3. Would add a rug of some sort in the living room. Slate floor was hard and uncomfortable for small kids sitting on floor playing games. We've been renting in the Mammoth Estates condo complex for over 10 years. While the experience wasn't awful, there is room for improvement. I did very much appreciate the app with the additional information. However, despite the info my recommendations still stand.
