WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- Paid Valet Parking: two spaces.
- During the winter season, Phil plays music from 4 pm-6 pm downstairs in the ChopHouse.
- Meet and Greet to get settled in the home.
- Within this central location, grocery service through Resort Delivery is highly recommended. Please reach out if assistance is needed.
- This home includes daily housekeeping.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If the arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

    Spacious and nicely decorated condo in the heart of Lionshead, overlooking the main gondola. Location doesn’t get any better and the condo is equipped with all the necessary basic cooking utensils. We loved our stay!

    Property was clean, immaculately decorated, and in the center of Lionshead. Ideal location. Check in was a breeze with staff meeting us at the property. We had ordered groceries in advance with no issue. Only item of note is that central location means crowd noise from below. We enjoyed sitting on porch and listening to music and crowds but others may not like it. All in all 5 star quality
