This is a historic 3 floor building on the 5th Avenue of the Arts in downtown Nashville. In the early 1900s it was the Armstrong Corset Shop. Over the last several years we have renovated the 3rd floor & roof into 3 unique lofts.
It's got a 17' spiral stair that we welded in place which leads to a private rooftop deck in the middle of downtown. Stained concrete floors. Exposed brick & 4 skylights. Custom welded farm table & coffee table. 2 king-size beds. Antique dressers, rug, buffet, chesterfield. Vintage porcelain barn & army lights. A french press. A cocktail shaker. A nespresso machine. 55" TV.
Unit 303 it's all your's.
Your loft has a private rooftop deck that only you have access to. It has hanging tea lights for a nice summertime ambience.
If you like this style, please check out our lofts in our other building 3 blocks away, the 1882 Lofts.
Fabulous and chic looking property right in the center of all the downtown activity. We were able to check in early with hassle free instructions. The place looks just like in the pics. Well maintained and feels safe. Rooftop deck is great for relaxing happy hour. We’ll definitely stay here again!
This place is amazing!! Beds were fantastic! Very clean and very comfortable! Hair dryer and iron provided! This location is perfect ! Starbucks and Walgreens are literally across the street! 3 min walk to Broadway! 1 Block from 417 Union( best breakfast) and Pucketts is next door! I will 1000% stay here again ! This place is very secure and safe ! You have to go through 3 locked doors and enter codes to get to your floor which makes me feel safe and comfortable knowing that people on the streets can’t just walk in ! The kitchen is also a plus bc you can have drinks and snacks the whole time you stay and also a full sized refrigerator! Fully stocked kitchen ! Comfy couches and chairs ! Roof top deck was a 10!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would !! Best place we have ever stayed by far!
Place was nice. About time to upgrade the couches though. Windows need to be resealed. You have a nice location lets keep it nice.
Great location. Best thing to say about the property. Too expensive. Cheaper to get multiple rooms in a hotel especially with the addition $300 in parking lots due to no dedicated parking for the loft. If I knew everything about it, I would definitely have just stayed in the Hilton hotel.
Loved this VRBO. We did pay a premium to be in the heart of downtown but location was perfect, just a few blocks from the Honkytonks of Broadway and across from a Walgreens which was super convenient. One of our biggest complaints about VRBOs is bedding but this place nailed it. Super soft luxury sheets and plenty of pillows and a good mattress enabling us to start each day fresh. The rooftop access was awesome and we loved listening to Johnny Cash on the record player. We would for sure stay here again.
Great location, close to Broadway and other areas of downtown. Cool vibe with rooftop hangout area. Owner was very responsive with questions.
Will go back soon!
We love this place soo much. So clean, comfortable and convenient.
Excellent property!
Went to Nashville for a girls weekend and the loft was amazing. Loved the vibe of the place. The rooftop deck was perfect for late night drinks and talks. Close to everything. Expensive (in my opinion) but worth every penny!
Beautiful loft full of charm with all the comforts of home, located just off the main drag with all the action. Loft is perfect for two couples with comfy king beds and great common spaces and an added bonus of a rooftop space. Great place in a perfect location!
