Arizona-GREAT LOCATION-Golfing, ASU & Spring training -10 min from Phoenix

This is an excellent property. The condo is clean, has a nice lay out and is perfectly located to many golf courses, baseball games, restaurants, walking paths, shopping and anything else you would want to do. Liked that the condo was so close to the pool area. Owners have taken care of the property and were very helpful. We hope to rent again. We highly recommend this condo. We stayed the month of March.

I stayed at this property for 3 months this summer, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Tempe. The property was clean, well-maintained, and even better than the photos. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Location was great too - central location only about 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Close to several golf courses and tourist destinations. The condo itself had all the amenities I could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen, tv's with streaming in each room, pool/exercise area right outside the condo, comfortable beds, and much more. Can't wait to return for another stay!

Perfect location for everything we had to do while in Tempe. Debbie and Chris were easy to work with and responsive when we had to reach out to them with questions. Will stay here again.

This was our second year to choose this property. Unfortunately, our last. The condo is clean and well appointed with a good a/c. The 2nd morning of our stay, there started a LOUD boom noise which went on from 7:30am-9:30am. The first boom shook the roof and we thought it was an explosion or a sonic boom! We reached out to the owner's and they were responsive but the conversation felt condescending as if we were over reacting or making it up. A couple of neighbors heard the sound and were concerned. It seems there was something the matter with the hot tub mechanism and the firing off had something to do with the mechanism in the control house. But, it was extremely loud and went on for two hours. The pool hours are 10am-10pm. It seems the maintenance crew doesn't get that! We were relaxing by the pool around 10:30-11:00am, before it got too hot as there were no umbrella's in the pool area and little shade. The maintenance guy started his loud gas leaf blower and walked around blowing leaves and dirt around the pool area while another guy started to power wash the pool deck and lounger's! Really? This should not be happening during pool hours guys and especially if there are people near your blower's!! Common sense. No real supervision of the maintenance staff. The other pool area was dirty with piles of dirt and leaves all along the edge and the pool furniture was falling apart. But, at least the whirlpool spa was hot-ish because the one near us was cold!

Fabulous place, clean, well stocked, nice facilities, ideally located

The location was perfect. Close to airport , ASU, Scottsdale, Gilbert, shopping etc...Property had a nice balcony and was clean

Excellent property. The unit is in great shape. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. Very convenient location next to the pool area. South Tempe has a good number of green spaces within a short distance of this property, and walking trails are abundant. Our host was very accessible. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place and it is right in the middle of everything. Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

This property was exactly as described. Clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable and communication with owner was outstanding. Would definitely stay again
